Ford Ranger 2007Change

I was very surprised for being a pick up truck it held the road very well in the winter.

I never had any trouble with it mechanically or in passing the E test for emissions. The interior for a 10 year old truck has held up better than expected. Even the paint looks like it just came off the show room floor.

Even though it has always been lady driven. I have on many occasions used the box. In fact the box liner other than a few scratches, typical of using a pickup truck, does not have any cracks in it and is still complete and in its original place.

I love the little Ford Ranger and would defiantly buy another one !!!

I enjoyed this small truck a lot, it was powerful enough for my daily activities and quite the smooth ride when driving on the highways.

It did not like the congested streets of the city, but it was able to handle with precision and taking care of the passengers

Everywhere I read claims this trucks gets excellent fuel mileage, however, that's only if you never go faster than 85 km/h. Just bootin around a city is fine, but country folks beware!

Also turning on the air conditioning seems to burn through fuel a lot faster as well.

It's a sturdy and reliable little truck, so long as you don't mind going slow, and aren't interested in performance.

I purchased my Ranger brand new back in 2006 as an early model 2007. She's been with me across Canada, through all weather and never once let me down. She really shines during the cold winter months, always starts (even with original battery, starter and alternator!), and I have NEVER had to shovel (even when she was buried half way up the doors!). She can be a little thirsty on fuel but mechanics love the simple lay out and easy access to components. In eight years and 136000 km, I have changed the tires once, the front brakes (discs and pads) once, and swapped the tie rods up front. That's it, that's all. This truck is a little beast. it's pretty "bare bones" if you're used to technology and a ton of bells and whistles. I love the absense of carpet and the vinyl flooring is key if you tend to get her out in the woods to camp, fish, etc. I love this truck and you would too.

good truck,great 4x4 package able to go any were a full sized pick up can go and further due to its light weight and small size.

Although I just have the RWD model, I have had no issues with this truck. It is small and not really that big for hauling holiday trailers. But for the occasional move or large purchase (when you would otherwise need to have something delivered) this truck has never let me down.

I own a ford ranger and love it. It has been very good for me. No major problems since I bought it. A very reliable 4x4. I have the sport model and extended cab. Gas mileage has been very good with this truck. over all a very good little truck.

i loved driving this truck.it looks great inside and out,has a wicked versatile stereo[cd,radio ,satellite radio ,mp3] and 4x4 so it didn't matter where i was or what the weather was doing i was ok and having fun.The only reason i am selling it is because i need more interior space.When it does sell am am going to miss it.

With the Ranger gone from the market place, there is nothing to fill the gap. The ranger covered so many diffrent spots with several trim options. The FX4 was a great all round off road and street truck. The motor was dated, but reliable, and provided average fuel economy when driven normaly, however it also provided the power if needed for towing or climbing a steep grade. The 4X4 was very easy to use, and having a proper transfer case was a great help in the winter when helping pull people out of ditches and side roads.

Overall, i would still drive this truck everyday, if my wife and i had not started a family and needed something more family friendly.
