Ford Ranger 2004Change

Had my 04 Edge 2WD since 07...besides regular maintenance , this truck has never let me down. Great work vehicle for hauling, easy to drive and park for everyday use. Have a F150 Lariat and though its a nice truck I still prefer my Ranger. 3.0 V6 isn't the strongest but its good mated to the 5spd manual.
Overall...this has been the most dependable vehicle that I've owned

I have had no problems with my truck. It is extremely reliable, comfortable, and convenient! It has had about 2000$ worth of work done within the last year, has automatic windows, great radio, good air conditioning. Very spacious.

nice truck ride smooth only down fall is the 2by 4 in winter tends to be very slippery like most,if it wouldnt be for winter 2by 4 is perfect . but its also a good gas drinker not really ecnomic when comes to gas . high octane gas save milage but cost more.

I bought my 2004 Ranger in January 2007 with 50000 km on it. It had a front split bench, 6 disc CD player, 4.0 liter engine and a 5 speed manual transmission and was a blast to drive. I owned it for over five years and the only repairs I had to do was replace the mass air flow sensor and clutch and master cylinder that failed prematurely, everything else I replaced was purely regular maintenance. I regularly got 600 km per tank of fuel and it pulled trailers without much complaint. One piece of advice I can recommend is to buy good snow tires, it makes life so much easier in the winter. I kept it until it had slightly less than 250000 km on it when I traded it for a Ford-150 with 4wd. The new truck is nice, it doesn't have the character of the Ranger.
