Honda CR-V 2000Change

I love this vehicle. 17 years and still going strong. Had to replace the fuel pump once and that's it!

I have had this car which is very economic in gas, never spent over 80 $ per month, reliable and basically maintenance free.

I am the 2nd owner (8 years). The car has only been lady driven and is very dependable. I have had no problems with this car.

This car has been with me trough thick and thin. It is an older vehicle and is not without it's visits to the mechanic but has never broken down on me or left me out in the cold. It's good on gas and can withstand several different types of driving and weather.

Bought this car 2nd hand in 2006 and still works great even at almost 380,000 (going on its 13th year)! Amazing thing is I just do the regular oil-change every 5K kms. (except for the age-related replacements like muffler, radiator, batteries) and car keeps going and going. I drive 120kms every day to work and it has never let me down. Starts unhesitatingly when the temp outside this past week had dipped to -14C. Very good on gas too specially with the gas prices nowadays. I'll be replacing it with the same model when I do have to.

I loved my Honda CRV so much that when I decided to buy a new car, it was an easy decision. I did not even think of buying anything other than a new CRV!

I have spent approximately $1,500 in the last few months to install new all-season tires, new front brake pads, oil change etc.

Bought my 2000 crv 3 years ago with 85,000 k on it.
Now she has....believe it ot not..255,000k and still rocking
Besides a ball joint and tie rod end..and fix a brake line, this
truck owes me nothing. I would buy another in a heart beat.

Bought new in 2000. The air condition stop working in 2010 got the freon replaced and i was back in business. That was the only issue i've had in 11 years and it's never let me down,not bad eh!. It's all about reliability and this little truck is still running strong with 335,000 km's on it. My daughter wants it so i guess i'll go look at something new.

I got this car as a gift. But believe me this was no silver spoon in the mouth with the initial work that had to be done. The timing belt wore out and i had to get a full engine replacement, a new timing belt, oil change, new tires. Once i got all that sorted out this car has been faithful to me ever since.
I have legged heavy pieces of furniture to shifting my whole stuff from the basement. The fuel economy is immaculate and i can say that with the amount i pay as compared to other people with AWD vehicles. In the end my insurance doesnt run up too high, even though the engine conceals a civic 1.6l inside.

If maintained properly this car will last another 100k most likely, good on fuel and a great value for the price considering its a 4WD.

MY Honda CR-V has over 300,000 kms, and is still running. The usual new tires, oil changes, windshield wipers have had to be replaced. The front drive universal joint had to be replaced, at the dealership the only way to replace it was with the entire shaft, cost over $800. This was to replace a $40 joint. I felt I was getting the shaft. However, I found a way to replace just the joint without going to the dealership. That was the last time I went to the dealership. The Honda is still running but, the body is rusting and now there is some perforation. Comfort is not bad, wind and road noise on the HIghway, average fuel economy for it's class, the Inteior is acceptable, Exterior is not dated, reliable vehicle that I can drive on my farm and on the road.

I bought it used and I love it. It is good and cheap, would recommend it to everyone. Do not like newer model

off road it was perfect went into 4 wheel drive without having to do a thing, city driving was just right on corners for pick up speed also on the slippery roads it was in full control,

Not my nicest car but maybe the best value i ever drove. Held it's value too when I traded it in. Fairly gutsy and easy to drive. Not flashy, not pretty, but a very solid and reliable vehicle if you want a small SUV. It's a slamdunk safe bet to buy.
