Ford Explorer 1994Change

I love my Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer. And I will continue to buy from that line for as long as I can. They have never let me down.

I bought this car when it was 9 years old and only sold it in 2012. I had very little problems with it and regular maintenance was easy and/or affordable. The 4x4 was fantastic to have and easy to use with a shift-on-the-fly interior switch. Fuel economy wasn't very good compared to cars but still better than some new trucks and SUV's.

It was roomy and the seats were comfortable. The steering wheel was comfortable as well, it wasn't huge like a lot of SUV's. And as a small person it was easy to get in and out of, and with the bucket seats I could reach the pedals without having to hug the steering wheel.

I took good care of it so there was very little rust when I sold it and thanks to several hit & runs I became quite familier with the body integrity, which was excellent!

It was also very easy to drive thanks to a good balance of being able to feel the road and comfort-steering. Backing was also a breeze thanks to the large windows and small percentage of blind spots. It actually was easier to drive than many smaller vehicles are.

Worth the money, even the old ones, and having driven a few newer ones, they seem quite similar.

it is a very reliable vehicle and is also decent on gas. it is good for in the winter when there is snow to go through. It is also on the cheaper side to insure.

this was the most comfortable vehicle we ever owned.it was hard on gas but was reliable and powerful .it was a great car for passing and picked up speed very quickly
