Ford Escape 2012Change

I bought this SUV second hand and I love it. Great fuel economy and very stylish. Love all the options offered. It is roomie and comfortable.

Love the look of the 2012.. not rounded like the newer ones. .more space great for families or those with animals. Amazing on gas especially long drives

I am a Ford lover, going back generations. The Ford Escape is a very comfortable family car, and compared to my husband's Ford Edge, it's excellent on gas. We have an XLT FWD 2.5L engine and so happy we bought this for every day city driving, rather than a 6 cylinder version. I highly recommend this car for anyone who wants to maximize fuel economy but still looking for an SUV/Crossover vehicle.

I love this SUV... I will be sad to sell it (only cause I'm moving) It is great on gas , great for the out door life style or just packing the kids around. I get compliments all the time and I love love love the heated leather seats.

this is the last model year and its great....... too bad I have to get rid of it....a stick shift is hard to find...and the gas mileage is awesome...has sirius radio...and Bluetooth no distraction in traffic

The escape has a lot of power while not gulping down all your fuel! The car is perfect for an average family (2 kids and a dog). It does not get boring and rough because it is a smooth ride.

I love it always starts and never lets me down.
I love the look and feel of my SUV. The only thing I would change is the gas mileage but it is a truck. The feel of the heated leather is great in the winter. And with the remote start I will never own a car again that doesn't have one. We have 3 kids and they all fit in the back along with all their stuff. It has 60 -40 fold down rear seats that work great for us as well gives us lots of options. Last but not least is a 2x4 and its great I mean great in the snow. With all the snow we had this winter got felt safe and never got stuck not once.

We bought this car again because we were in a serious accident and wrote off the 2009 model we had but even though the car was in such bad shape, there we no injuries to the passenger. The 2012 model seems to be much worse on gas than the 2009 was though and they have not changed it at all for appearances.

the car is amazing when driving. It is an outstanding car, and great for familys, it is a great car to own. And i love ford for making it. Great car

I am thoroughly impressed with the 2012 Ford Escape 4 cylinder. When I first got it as a company car I thought, oh great, a gutless 4 cylinder. But wow, the Escape blew me away. Lots of power, unbelievable traction on snow and ice My family and I feel very safe in the Escape. so much so that my son feels confident learning how to drive by practicing in the Escape. The Fuel economy is good, and the ride very smooth. Can't say enough about how impressive my 2012 Ford Escape has turned out to be!!!

I find my ford escape with a 2.5 engine shakes a lot when stop at the red lights...took it to the dealer said it was normal. now linving in the maritimes with the cold weather my rear suspension makes noise.i wish i would of bought the v6...

We have the fully loaded 2012 Ford Escape XLT. Leather heated seats are nice, but my husband always complains that he cant get comfortable. The size is great, since we have a baby, but we find that the back doesnt fit the stroller and other things too. The voice activating buttons and volume etc on the steering wheel is kind of complicated. While driving you want to be able to answer hands free phone calls without having to look down. This is not the case with this model. Smooth ride, but the front wheel drive doesnt work well in manitoba winters. We like this vehicle, but the fuel economy isnt the greatest either.

This car has brought us quite far. whether it's visiting family, or just going out for groceries. This Ford Escape has been a part of our family since we got it in 2011, and we haven't looked back since. Thank you to ford, to our car dealership, and all of our friends and family members for the support in letting us and supporting us in out decision to get this car.

bought ours about 7 months ago and it has been great we have leather heated seats love that this winter being that they are leather is they are great for cleaning. the only thing i would change about my excape would be ....... i should have gotten the 4x4

This is a nice car and ride. Its really reliable for family trips and all. My kids enjoy sitting in the back. The music player is great in this car. Perfect size I would say aswell. Trunk space is okay. Might have a hassel sometimes but its alright. And the steps on the side to enter the vechile are always a great edition.

I've purchased my ford in the summer of 2012, people told me not to because it was supposedly not good. But i find it great.

This vehicle is very spacious in places you would never think possible. I love this vehicle, I just bought one in black, the exterior and interior. This was not exactly the smartest of ideas in summer. The steering is nice and the vehicle has great control. It is nice that everything is covered by fords insurance when you get stuff done at their shops On the downside you cant get work done any wheres else without voiding the warranty. For a vehicle that's worth roughly 38k this is worth the buy if you have a smaller family and you love a 4x4 vehicle. It is a great vehicle for both men and women I enjoy driving in the city and my boyfriend acts like a little kid in it He has taken me off roading through a field randomly a few times, fun but scary. Just keep in mind this is a family vehicle for people with less then 4 kids. If you have any more then that you will have to upgrade to an explorer.

The car is well made and nice looking however the internal navigation system often crashes and requires replacement parts.

in a minute, i would buy another, but i would not buy a 2013 as the desgign change does not meet my asthetic requirements and the redesign is faught with recall issues
