Subaru Impreza 2009Change

Excellent for Cdn Prairie winters especially with winter tires. Excellent handling and road feel with good steering feedback. Reliability has been very good and after 100k replaced valve cover gaskets, fuel cap, battery and tires plus regular maintenance. Interior is plain but all needed features are there including stability control. Seats are OK. Subies are noted for their excellent safety and crash test results. I have been very happy with this car and I note that re-sale value is also very good.

Subaru makes a great car, we all know that --- but it's the Boxter engine and AWD which give it the power to stick on the road when driving the highway in the winter (to go skiing). The Impreza is a safe, reliable, comfortable and good-looking!

I had the pleasure of driving this car and it was awesome,it handled,it could go up extreme inclines and was fuel efficient and easy on the eyes. The storage capabilities are amazing and the car over all was a dream.

Good handling car with good steering feel and decent power to get around town and do road trips. Excellent AWD system for a car like this. Got around no problem at all in all weather conditions in the west coast. Fuel economy isn't spectacular given it is full time AWD and the car I had was an automatic. The 5 speed manual would fair better. Love having the rear doors being able to swing out almost 90 degrees. Car was very reliable, only regular oil changes and checkups.

The Subaru Impreza Outback is a tough and well engineered automobile and great for resale value. Stylish and spacious, I would reccommend this car for people who like to road trip and like a performance car. The Subaru is reliable and safe for any family.

if you have to deal with snow, you need awd, real awd, not the awd which is activated when sensors detect loss of traction, that's not helpful in an emergency situation. So on top of the amazing awd system you get great amount of safety equipment, very conformable seats and the basics for a car which will last and will be easy to maintain. To me the Impreza is basically a Toyota corolla with AWD, better looks and curb appeal, also if you are thinking about resale value value, try to find an older
impreza and compare the asking price to other cars in its class.

The performance on this vehicle exceeds all my expectations. I AWD setup is designed to handle all types of weather. After 48k+ kms on this car it still drives as it did the second it left the lot.

This is my first Subaru and it has proven to be an amazing vehicle for our tough Alberta winters. The car has amazing responses to road conditions and its full time all wheel drive can't be beat by any vehicles claiming AWD which is activated by sensors. This includes some SUV's. Add to that its standard safety packages and you get one heck of a deal. When I was shopping around, its closest competitors did not have as standard options what the Subaru gives you. This includes stability control, full time AWD, and traction control.
Amazing car for a great price that has yet to let me down!
