Excellent car for the price.Fuel economy is good.Reliability is excellent.Roomy enough for the two of us.Apart from regular maintainance,we have had no problems with this car.Would like to see more gauges on the dashboard.Trunk space is adequatefor our usage.Long distance comfort is reasonable considering the size of the automobile.Will probably drive it until the wheels fall off,lol!!

200,000 km later, with basic maintenance. Very reliable, affordable, dependable, and great car to get you from point A to B. Been a great car on a small budget.

Only thing I can say is I can put the key in ignition and take my car almost any where and any time with no worries.

This car has treated me really well. I promise that the next buyer shall also feel the same way if they buy it.

driven for 10 years, no problem so far with care. One tank of fuel goes for 2 weeks. A bit small, but depends on height. The seats are very comfortable and styling.

Old but it takes me from point a to point b. I bought it before i can afford something better.

I've spent many years with this car and I admit, it has provided me with everything I wanted. To drive around town with my boys and to have intercourse in with my multiple girlfriends. It's smooth and it's reliable. Everything about it is great.

Great car. I already own it sice 1999 and still doing great. I haven't had any major problems with it. Works like it's all brand new. If I have to get another car, it's going to be the same.

this car is very dangerous because it has lost essence it also contains a lot of rust all over his pieces I need to change regularly as there is always something that breaks the car starts to cost me dear I have a family and I'm afraid to use this car for voyagers therefore I am obliged to pay the taxi so I can not even use this car because I'm afraid to stay private on the street that I make board so that the safest toyota corolla itself as another car brand known

What amazed me most was after the car was parked for 5 months all it needed was a boost Nothing else was needed No repairs either

This car doesnt take up much gas. Runs pretty good. Haven't got a problem with it for about 10 years. The look is the best nothing wrong. The style is nice. Alot of room which is really good for familys of 4.

I bought this Corolla 10 years ago, used. It has provided me with dependable transportation and almost zero problems during that time. Still going strong and having just rolled over 200,000 km. on it, was told by a mechanic that it is just getting broken in. Was rear ended a few years ago by a drunk driver who never even braked and sustained no visible damage (a couple of small cracks to the interior bumper material, which it was designed to do on impact). At any red light, look around you. I have seen as many as 6 of this make and model all together at any given time, a testament to the durability of this car. They don't make them like this any more.

I have had it for years and compared to other vehicles it is a lot less maintenance. There are seldom issues and it doesn't use that much fuel compared to other vehicles. Definitely good value for the price.

I can honestly say I love this vehicle because I only have had to fix 2 things on it the entire time I've owned it as well as regular maintenance. It takes me to and from work everyday and I have never had a problem with it, If you are looking for a reliable vehicle to get you to and from work I would definately suggest a toyota.

I don't have any regrets when I purchase this vehicle. I owned 2 civic and 1 corolla up-to date. Civic's are more like a sporty looking cars and also reliable. However, the 99' Corolla was more comfortable. It was fun driving the long distances. There was less road noise. I think I will stay in the Toyota family, and perhaps get me a new Camry or Corolla, or even a new Civic might do it.

My 1999 Corolla is an amazing car that has cost us practically nothing to keep on the road. It still gets amazing mileage and I only have to fill the tank once every two weeks for around forty bucks! (Give or take a couple of bucks depending on the price of gas at the time).

I bought this car from my dad about a year ago for a $1000 with about 225,000 kms in the odometer. Mine had a 4-speed automatic and dark green color. Not the coolest car for a 21-year old college student to get but it's my first car and also the one I learned to drive in so I love it nonetheless. It does look dated on the outside and inside in 2012 but good enough. If you move the front seats all the way back like I do, there is very little legroom for the rear seats.

It's easy to drive, good fuel economy (though newer cars probably get better) and probably a lot more comfortable than other cars I could've gotten with my miniscule budget (mine has air conditioning). Performance is just so-so even for a commuter sedan. This car tends to understeer, doesn't have enough torque for steep hills and could use anti-lock brakes.

Where this car really shines is in its renowned Toyota reliability. Me, my sister and parents can count back many road trips in this faithful car and it has never given my parents any problems since they first bought it new (they did regular service maintenance every 6000 km). Even now it's a great commuter for me and my girlfriend, and I even use it for my part time job delivering pizza. I feel like this car will never quit on me and I intend to keep using it until it starts requiring extensive parts replacements. I can picture myself keeping this car beyond graduation and as a family car to drive my own future kids in.

We bought this car quite recently, and it was used. At first I wasn't too expectant of the way it would perform, but it was soon revealed to me that this was the most reliable car I'd ever owned. I've gone on roadtrips with this baby and learned quite a lot from it. I never want to give it up.

This car is absolutly one of the best cars out there. The car is very fuel friendly, exterior design is very cute and beautiful and this car is very very reliable!! highly reccoment this car when it comes to safety and reliability!

Had this car for 13 years, very reliable. No major problems- low maintenance cost. Suspension is a little bit tough, especially on a dust/gravel roads.
Excellent car for a day to day commute in a city, gas saver
if you keeping engine running around 2000 rpm.
