Jeep Liberty 2006Change

THE JEEP LIBERTY DID NOT LET ME DOWN. RIGHT FROM THE GET GO SHE DROVE NICELY. YOU DO FEEL THE BUMPS. FABULOUS IN THE SNOW. 4 X 4 IS A MUST IN THE DEEP OF WINTER FOR SURE. VERY FEW REPAIRS IN 12 YEARS. GAS MILEAGE CLOSE TO POOR THOUGH. GREAT RELIABLE LIBERTY.

The car is very reliable and comfy. There is no air conditioning in the back, thus making it very uncomfortable and hot. The windows in the back have a safety feature, which i dont like. The air doesnt flow onto me like i want it to. The radio only shows the radio station frequency and the radio station name. It doesn't show the band playing or the song playing like i want it to. Finally, the air doesn't work on settings 2 or 3, but that is probably not the companies fault?

I have enjoyed driving my jeep, it got me through winter storms I never would have gotten through in another car. I love my jeep, the only reason we are selling it is because we don't use it anymore and don't want it just sitting in the driveway.

Bought it off lease in 2009 and have had nothing but problems.

Had to replace all foor side windows.

Transmission pan corroded through.

Doors corroded. Mounting plates for abs sensors had to be replaced due to corrosion.

Spent $2000 troubleshooting ABS problems to no avail.

Belt tensioner had to be replaced.

AC failed.

#3 cylinder fault. Shop estimate is $5900 to repair. Chrysler knows of the issue as it is common and they offer no assistance.

Love the Liberty but well built and reliable it isn't.

it has 163000 KM and never broke down just the battery is crapy it wasnt the orignal but other than that its pretty good jeep has always been good

I purchased this vehicle in 2007 with 36,000kms on it. I have found this Jeep to be extremely reliable. It's comfortable and has great handling. I feel comfortable driving it in all weather conditions, and I haven't had anything serious go wrong with it. Love the trunk and fold down seats, great for extra storage. Will never drive anything other than a Jeep.

Great go anywhere machine, if I can keep it out of the repair shop, parts are 3x of other vehicles compared.

I totally love it. She could eb better on gas but all around I love the 4 wheel for winter

For our winters, I wouldnt drive anything else anymore. I am hooked on 4 wheel drive Jeeps. I am 52 years old and never had a Jeep until about 3 years ago. I had purchased a compass Jeep at an auction. I do quite a bit of country driving. I unfortunately hit a deer. I found myself in test drives and not liking anything but the Jeep. I finally found a used Jeep Liberty and I am really enjoying the drive. I never have to worry about the roads. I seem to get through anything and I am not slipping and sliding anywhere. I pay a bit more on the gas mileage however, the security of knowing as long as I am driving with the rules, I am quite safe in the middle of nowhere.

I have no trouble with my jeep she has over 108000 km. and runs like a dream. My husband and I use my jeep everywhere we go as it is better on fuel mileage than his f-350. I bought the jeep because my son is 6 ft and his knees do not hit the back seat. it has lots of storage space. and we hope to use it pull behind and Rv.

It is dependable. Drives well. MY engine has good power:) k take it to 160kms in no time and she holds steady and would take on even more if I push it..it makes me feel safe at more than 2100 kgs you certainly don't feel as though your in a tin can..she handles well on dirt roads as well as winter driving which is a must here in the north

I just love my liberty. When i go diving there's plenty of room for tanks and gear included with the people that accompany all this. The 4x4's awesome for the muddy trails going to and returning from caves, lakes, quarries and the river. only thing is those darn windows that break all the time. BUT! its all worth while when it comes down to its drivability.
