This vehicle has amazing room for everything, it's comfortable & rides smooth. Easy on gas yet still has the power you need.

I have had a journey for a little over 6 months now. It has been a wonderful car for my family. It has tons of space for a small family, a smooth ride, and gets fairly good gas mileage. I have gotten on average around 32-34 miles per gallon. We also just got our first snow of the season and it seems to handle really well in the snow.

It is a very comfortable ride and very quite on the highway.

All in all it is a fantastic car.

Reliable and easy to overtake other cars also comfy ride only problem is the far back seats are not very spacious meaning it is only a good replacement for a mini van if you wont be carrying more then 5 people very often

This mid-size crossover has a roomy interior that is awesome for taller or bigger passengers. You won't feel cramped, even with 4 people riding.

The keyless ignition is a great feature that we'll always want on any of our future vehicles.

The Dodge Journey has mega storage space which is great for major shopping expeditions. This crossover has a generous 1121L of storage space up to as much as 1914L of cargo volume.

We'd suggest for a buyer to upgrade the stereo system. The factory-installed model isn't very good quality in our opinion.

We rented one for 10 days and it accomodated 5 people very comfortably. The gas mileage was fantastic.

We got the 7 seats with the climate controls in the middle for the kids and I just Love it! It also has a sun roof...The gas mileage is really good too...The seats are very comfortable and there is a lot of storage space.

Got this car last June and have had ZERO problems or concerns with it! It fits out family comfortably and drives wonderfully. Can not say enough great things about it! I would recommend this vehicle to anyone with a large family! It is also great on gas, driving in the city it burns very little! Handles great, low maintenance and great design! It's all the space of a mini van but looks a lot better!

I have had the brakes replaced twice on this vehicle. Once under a recall and the second time while it was still under warranty. Aside from the flimsiness of the window whiskers it has been a phenomenal little cross over. The fuel economy is a little hard on the pocket but I don't have the lightest of gas foot.
I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone who wants the room of a minivan without having to buy a minivan,

Horrible experience, goes/towed to dealer service dept approx. every 4 weeks. Spent more than 3 months total unusable in for warranty repairs in a duration of 2.75 years. do not recommend this vehicle. oil seals problem re occurrence. fuel mileage horrible about 350-390kms per 75L full tank. immobilizer chip unregisters from system while driving and shuts vehicle off and lock steering wheel, happened over 10 times in 2.75 years. back to shop for reprogramming and new keys every time. I have full shop printouts for all work done to vehicle. 5 page summary report!

I purchased my Journey about six months ago, it is a very comfortable car. I have taken it on several road trips with friends and we have all enjoyed the comfort and technologies included in the Journey. However the cars performance on the road is slightly undesirable. It handles well but does not seem to respond to well to acceleration. I have also found that some of the parts are made rather poorly. After less than 25000 Kilometers I have had to replace the brake pads. The radio tends to skip when playing from a cd or an Ipod. The fuel economy is excellent for a crossover and the legroom is pretty good. The major upside I find with the Journey is how comfortable I remain after sriving for ten or more hours.

I've had my journey since they first came out in 2008 as it was an early release. This car was the first car that I loved the way it handled the road and it was just plain comfortable. Having 3 kids it was easy to get them in and out of the vehicle. We've been on many family vacations with it and having a DVD in the vehicle kept them quiet and entertained. I really liked that you could fit 7 people in the vehicle comfortably, it had the room but it wasn't a mini van, it has a sportier look to it. I definitly recommend this vehicle.

Got my journey a couple weeks ago. With just over 1000 kms on it, we love it. The ride pleasantly surprised me... It's smooth! The suspension smoothed out the bumps quite well, and the sound insulation quiets road noise well. There is a bit of wind noise at highway speeds.. but then again what car doeesn't right. The engine is quite while cruising, and if you demand it, the acceleration is very strong, the best of what we've test drove in the segment. Of course it uses the same engine as in the dodge charger so I'd hope so.. The interior styling is alright. Exterior styling is great, love the led taillights. The one thing I would've liked to see is xenon lights, but the halogens still preform well. However fuel economy could be better. On a 200km highway dive we averaged 9.8l/100k driving around 115. In town we average closer to 13-14l/100k. It's not bad, but there is better out there. I can't comment on reliability so far, like I said we haven't had the vehicle long.

My 2010 dodge journey has been very reliable especially for long drives across the border. Turning on corners or just simply cruising along i90 or 401 freeways is very smooth. Fuel economy is not the best but within my budget. The audio controls on the steering wheel are very helpful in tuning to my favorite Sirius XM radio station which keeps me awake and alert on the long trip. The only drawback is the engine performance (for 2.4L engine) on initial acceleration coming from a full stop when 7 passengers are seated where acceleration is slower when compared with just having 4 passengers on board. Overall, I have not experienced any major problem what so ever with my 2010 dodge journey that is why I am happy and satisfied that I purchased this vehicle.

The 2012 Journey is a bit more roomier than what it apperas like from the outside. Headroom is good for taller drivers and passengers. A little tight for rear passengers to get in and out but once inside there is good room overall. You should upgrade the stereo system as the base is OK but go for the best system you can afford, you will appreciate it in the long run. The upgraded system will give you Uconnect, multi cd mp3 player, reverse cam and dvd. The ride is comfy and good for long distance as well as short trips around town..

Visibility is not bad but there is a little blind spot in the back right hand corner for shoulder checking. Good ride for a small family or someone who wants a bit more space for carrying items, we put a full size refrigerator all the way inside ours and were able to close the back liftgate completely.

This is one of the best crossover vehicles money can buy!! Very smooth and quiet, with a fuel efficient and powerful 3.6L V6. Not a single complaint with this car, and it has been reliable since we bought it a year ago. One of my favorite features of the car is the keyless entry system. Just leave the keys in your pocket and the door handles sense your hand and unlock the car! Very convenient feature. The interior is very nice, comparable to some luxury cars! Lots of soft surfaces everywhere and lots of nice features like push button ignition and a touch screen audio head unit. The car is very nice to drive with a smooth ride and great handling, you can hardly hear any wind or road noise. Overall, this is an excellent car that has a low starting price! I would recommend this car to anybody and i know they would like it!

I've had my Journey for 2 years, and it's been a great choice for me. It's the best of SUV and car - it's roomy with lots of space for passengers and cargo, but it handles like a car for driving and parking in the city. None of my passengers have ever complained about sitting in the back seat - not even the tall ones. Fuel economy is good for the class, and it handles well in the snow. It has a lot of hidden storage so it's great for families and trips. I would recommend the 6 cyl over the 4cyl though, as the 4 cyl is laggy on steep hills.

Have had this vehicle for almost 3 years, and still not even interested in trading it/selling it. I love this vehicle. It was my first move from a mom-van, and it still has the room I need for sports equipment and trekking around with the kids, but isn't a full van. Great on gas, too, and we feel very safe in it.

Had this car for 3 months and so far so good. We have the 8.4 inch touch screen navigation and it is just wonderful. Best touch screen navigation on the market. Another thing buy the V6. Tested out the inline-4 and it was very slow and has a huge lag.

the dodge journey is a small suv its not comfortable for long distances but for going around town about 45 minutes after that it starts to hurt my back. the car containes A LOT of plastic but is not expensive. i would recommend this car to someone with a tight budget but get the V6, standard engine is crap no power no torque no acceleration
