Dependable and Versitle
This car is a hatchback, so it is incredibly flexible for all of your transportation needs. It is ranked high for fuel efficiency for a car of it's time, and has continued to receive strong support by insurance companies because of its continuous high safety and performance levels in Canada.

durable great car
this car is simply amazing it gets u from point a to point b very well and has the fuel economy of a little wave. to be honest this is the best car for a new driver b/c it is reliable and sturdy and can take a hit. it have a 4 cylinder engine and gets you were u need to go the interior is super comfy and if u have a back problem this car has adjustable seats. the interior look is guit boring and you might want to buy and after market stero. but other than that it is a good carin my opinion it deserves a 4.5/5

Takes a lickin' & keeps on tickin'!!
I bought my 2003 Vibe new. It’s now 10 years old and still going strong with 234,000 km on the odometer.
It is the base model , 5 speed and sure isn't fancy. But it has been such a reliable car I can't possible justify buying a new car. At this point it really only has value to me.
It has NEVER broken down on me. Other than maintenance, I have had to replace the rear solenoid, the display on the stereo has disappeared, I’ve replaced the shocks and struts, and I now need some work on the exhaust system. But that’s it.
Of course now the gas mileage isn’t that great. But I still only fill up about every 2 weeks.
I live in the city so I don’t need much power; which is good because it sure doesn’t have much. When I drive the Coquihalla Smart cars pass me on the hills.
It’s big enough on the back for my 90 pound dog. He can lie down and have a nap.
I’m 6ft tall and have never felt cramped in it. Mind you I could never get anyone older than 5 on the back seats at the same time.
Overall it has been a fabulous car. It’s too bad they don’t make them anymore because I liked to look of them better than the Matrix.

Love this car
I have owned the car for just over 8 years and have only recently had to replace the clutch. The milage is fantastic and so is the space. If I had the opportunity to purchase another one I would do so.

Super cool look and really reliable
I am the only owner of this car and I would drive it to the end of it's days if only it grew to the size of my family. I have never had a problem with this car, it's taken us many places reliably, and efficiently, even on tight budgets. The cargo space is great, the roof rack is great. It's comfortable, it looks cool and gets lots of compliments on it's unique colour. I LOVE this car. It's been so good to me and I want to find a good home for someone else to get the enjoyment out of it that I have. And it's super cool that I can put Christmas lights in it during the holiday season! ;)

VIBE GT
I drive the Vibe GT manual transmission, and it has some get-up-and-go! Its a fun little ride. One notable is the clutch is quite sensitive. I have been driving a manual car for years but it has taken me a number of months to get used to the clutch. I often have difficulty shifting into first as it is quite stiff, but once it gets going shifting is a little more smooth.
As far as space goes, there isn't a whole lot of leg room in the back seat. I love the hatchback though, there is a decent amount of trunk space.
All in all, i quite enjoy this car, its a fun and quick little ride

Love It
I have had this car for 8 years now and I have never had any problems with it. It just keeps on running.
I was very upset when I realized that this was no longer being made because my plan when this finally dies I was going to just buy a newer one

Still Love my 2003 Pontiac Vibe!
I have owned and driven my 2003 Vibe for 10 years and have loved every minute of it! It has been very dependable and economical on gas mileage.
Love the spacious interior, fold down flat back seats creates unbelievable trunk space along with the flushed level trunk floor with the back bumper makes it easy to slide items in and out without lifting! Like a mini van.
Also love the non painted bumpers eliminating unsightly scratches, dents, obvious on painted bumpers. Don't know if I will ever find another 5 door hatchback that has all the above positive features!
I still love my 2003 Pontiac Vibe!

Great economy vehicle with Toyota engine base
I'm really enjoying this car right now. It has unbeatable fuel economy. Good cargo room (folding back seats, plus folding front passenger seat). Perhaps the only negative point I found (which is also a positive) is that the trunk is lined with plastic instead of carpet and items tend to move around if not secured properly, but on the other hand it's extremely easy to clean.
I have the regular (not GT) model and therefore the power is lacking, but I believe with GT it'll more than enough.
Works great as a family car and as a single-driver vehicle because of fuel economy.

Best Car Ever.
This Car has been has been brilliant! 400K and still rolling strong.
From arena to arena in city after city, this lil beauty keep getting the job done.
Never had any major issues apart from a recall for a defect driver side window part in 2006 that was resolve in 60 mins never to be an issue again.
This vehicle is great for a family of 4 on the go.

Good Vibes
Well the vibe is a pretty good car its an okay starter car if you just got your license. Its pretty fun to drive, the five speed shifts nicely...(if you know what you're doing). The vibe is pretty cool little car, it has a zippy little engine, quick but easy to control, the car is pretty nice looking too which doesn't hurt, and its better then driving a minivan while having the space of a minivan. I only have a few complaints the seats aren't that comfy especially on longer journeys, the cup holders in the front are in a weird spot that's kinda hard to get at your drinks and they're a bit small for us extra large big gulp drinkers. In the end the car is okay for your first car; it has lots of room for stuff, quick, fun to drive, and the five speed is alright.
