Dodge Journey 2007-2017Change

The Dodge journey is a very fuel efficient crossover with many interior luxuries. including built in nav system. It has great mileage in town but even better on highway.it handles corners well .

want a great car with excellent fuel mileage and roomy enough for the entire family this is the one ...loads of room in trunck for luggage and has ice coolers as well for those day trips

The interior of this car is spacious and the back seat comfortably seats three adults. the fold down arm rest in the middle is a nice feature. the key less entry and push start that comes as a basic on all models keep you from scrummaging through your pockets to find your keys, as long as there on you, you can enter and start the car.

I have had this car for 2.5 years and the only problem we have had so far, is the starter went. That was covered under warenty and everything else has been great! The only other thing I have a problem with is the storage space as I have the 7 seater. If the car is full there is absolutely no room for storage. So for a large family that NEEDS the 7 seats I would not recommend the Journey unless you don't travel with the whole family, or if you don't need the storage space.

Otherwise it's a fantastic vehicle!!

This car is amazing for family trip, and long travel. The 7 seat option is great for car pooling, can vaning to soccer practices, and hockey tourememts. We take are dog on long trips and he fits nicely. Its got a little power too. Standard, automatic option is awesome

We bought this care brand new. I am happy with it. It was in the shop though for lifters going after a year. That was covered under warranty.

My husband and I bought our 2012 Dodge Journey about a year ago, and I really love it. We were having a baby, and needed something with more room. Took it for a test drive and loved it from the minute we got in! His dad liked it so much afterwards, he went and bought one as well!

We bought this car while waiting for our son to be born. It is a very roomy vehicle with a very luxurious interior. The handling is decent and the gas mileage is above average. My only concern is that the 4 cylinder does not give as much power as I'd like but the more expensive model comes with a Pentastar V6 which I'm sure would be excellent. All in all this vehicle will do everything you ask of it and you will look good while driving it.

This Dodge Journey is the most comfortable and classy car I have ever owned and I'm sad to sell it as I'm moving country. I have only owned it for 2 months and it's pretty much still brand new with warranty on it. I love the power, easy maneuvrability, sporty and classy look, dual heating system, sun roof, extra storage space everywhere and the leather interior. Would not trade or sell it and will buy another one in New Zealand.

I have bought this car brand new. After 3 yrs, the only thing I have had to get fixed is the power steering hose and when it was -40 it couldn't handle the pressure anymore and broke.

this is the best vehicle I have owned and absolutely love this vehicle. It drive smoothly, no jerky motions when it changes gears during accelerations.

This car gets us where we want to go, and the extra features built into the radio are great. It rides smootly, it isn't to big or too small, perfect for my family.

This vehicle is piticularly large, wich i enjoy. it's some what sort of efficient on gas, it only needs filled up once a week and i drive about 50km a day, sometimes more. it's reliable and safe, a good family vehicle in my opinion.

I had nothing but good experience with this vehicle, I love the looks and the way it performs only want to sell in order to upgrade into a newer car which will be a copy of this car except newer

Has a nice ride, handles nicely. Great speaker system for occasional radio usage. Lots of storage space in the trunk, can be larger when the back seats are folded down. Back seat is very roomy.

The car drives very nice with a smooth ride. Good body clearance for some off-roading as well. The V6 provides adequate power and fuel economy.

My 2010 Dodge Journey has been very reliable whether on a hot summer day or snowy winter season. I also like having the flexibility to seat 7 people in the car or just pull down the back seats to expand the storage space for long drives or camping trips. Congratulations to Dodge for having the Journey!!! It has been fun and safe driving the 2010 Journey...

wide interior, slight and comfort. amazing when you travel in a long distance and city proper. Very nice and light to travel and good speed and strong in terms of winter and summer. Its all seasons travel car and great. Cheap in gas consumption and travel distance. Family car with great performances.

If you are looking for an affordable family car that still makes you happy stop looking. We needed a bigger car when a new baby was on the way but didn't want to go minivan. This has lots of room, style, bells and whistles and all for a great price! I highly recommend this vehicle!

most comfortable seats that I have ever had in a car. Little disappointed that the fuel economy is not better than our grand caravan

I don't regret buying it.Lots of room and it didn't cost a lot for something that size.Not to bad on gas.The interior looks great and so does the exterior.Handles great on the road.I don't have many complaints except for really small things like a little whistling sound when the heat is on at 1 but not to bothersome.

I've always loved Dodge's exterior style and design but it's a shame this car turned out to be a total POS.

I purchased the SXT package that came with the extra row of seats in the back (adds 1100lbs) and by default it came with a touring package (larger gas tank, oil cooler etc).

At 4000km, the rear end started to creak when going over speed bumps and the fuel economy never got to close of what factory or EPA specs said it was going to be.

The $600 radio lost 4 mins of time every week (I know people with dollar store watches that have kept perfect time after 5 years) and we had to have it replaced after a year because the screens images kept getting distorted and scrambled (it took a picture from my cell phone to convince the service agent I wasn't making up stories) and even the new radio lost time (and the volume got stuck on full from time to time).

After having to pay for new brakes 13 months after buying the car (the dealership said there was nothing wrong with squealing and brake fade at 11 months - within warranty), Dodge sent a letter saying their brakes were defective and ordered a recall; at least I got my money back but lost out on getting back the taxes.

The power and maneuverability were great, the car had an amazing growl when you stomped on the gas on the freeway, something you had to avoid doing to keep the fuel economy somewhat reasonable (I was almost the same as a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Hemi I once drove).

Keeping in mind the 2010 model of this vehicle was named one of the worst cars made by Consumer Reports Magazine, the exterior and interior design of this car is fabulous to look at. I've never seen a dash design so pleasing before or after this car.

I like my journey, however I like the look of the newer ones better than the one I currently have. I also find that there is not much room when transporting small children and all of their things.

While I truly do love my 2012 Journey R/T, I am greatly bothered by the weird issues my Journey keeps having. Love the exterior styling, the interior styling, hate the fuel economy (3.5L V6). Seem to have issues constantly with little creaks and squeaks from the interior, the HVAC whistles loudly on the hwy (dealer says thats normal) - TPS sensors keep going off (dealer cant find issue) and as of 12/24/12, the brakes have suddenly become very "numb" feeling and require alot of pressure to try and stop, which resulted in bumping into a family members Lexus on Christmas Day when it first happened - dealer says its our fault as we havent been servicing the brakes properly (the truck only has 20,000kms on it!!) -- while Im happy with the overall truck, the issues it has is really making me rethink our choice of this particular Dodge product. If we were to be buying again, we wouldve bought a Jeep Gr.Cherokee or Gr.Caravan instead ... just too many problems with the DJ.

Good family car with lots of good options available. Reliable and good in snow even without AWD (with good tires).
