Ford Edge 2008Change

This Vehicle still out performs the new Edge we bought in 2013. We still get 575k / tank. Great ride, incredible speed, corners extremely well.

I rarely keep a vehicle more than 3 years; the Edge has been 1 of the exceptions. Comfortable, smooth, quiet, and very well equipped with all the creature comforts and features you could want. Great vehicle for long trips. Outstanding rear seat room. The vista roof gives a feeling of openness. It is also one of the best looking in its class with a muscular stance. Reliability for the most part has been very good. It does feel a bit larger that is actually is when driving but most likely due to the high seating position. The one major drawback would have to be fuel economy. Do not expect the #'s Ford provides as you will never achieve them.

I really like my Edge-- and even though its the front-wheel drive (not all wheel drive), I've never had any problems with traction. I put Nokian all-weather tires on all four corners and I think that helps.

After 4 years of driving, my fuel economy is 11.1 l/100 km. There's plenty of power in the v-6, but if you really put your foot into it, fuel economy suffers greatly.

The hands-free sync system works great.

All in all this is a really nice driving car.

love this vehicle! if it was for gas consumption I would say it is the awesomest perfectest family vehicle! we bought this vehicle as a demo and we have never had one single issue with the vehicle.

Very quit and comfortable ride. Has the power when you need it. Also, fuel efficiency is pretty good for an suv. The safety for this vehicle is 5 stars which is comforting and you dont have to worry as it is a big vehicle.

This truck is very reliable, looks great, and is very comfortable. It feels like you are driving a car and is very smooth. I have not had any issues at all in the 2 years that I have owed it. I recommend the Edge to anyone that I know that is looking to purchase a vehicle. If you don't believe me go online and review what other people have to say.

Previously owned an Audi and am loving the SUV Edge in all wheel drive. The Edge is a nice heavy vehicle that works well in the winters even with all season tires. The panoramic sunroof is a real treat on the sunny summer days. My only disappointment is the fact that a roof rack is not possible with the sunroof. I am a skier and need a place to load my equipment. the short cargo area is not suitable for storing skies and the 60/40 back seats don't allow you to fold one down and still carry 4 people.

I loved the look and drive when I bought it, now I also love it's reliabilty. I can't count how many people have approached me in parking lots asking how I liked my car. I tell everyone who does I love it. (Ford owes me some kick backs! lol)

We just love the car ,but because of about 5 inches too wide have problems in our Garage ,and we need a power liftgate on the trunk also because of our age. WE are sad to give up this Car someone who will get this is a very lucky person.
