Durable and reliable car
Ive had los of experience with this car and i honestly think for a cheap price this is an amazing car as the body and car itself is rugged and a well built car.

First car love
Pros :Great car low fuel consumption, easy cheap parts, overall a great car for anyone looking for their first car. would recommend.

Cons: Muffler bracket replacement often, not a huge deal nor is it expensive, but could have been made better.

Low lights: Lighting for the car in general is not the greatest, specially noticeable at night driving, the cobalt suffers this as well.

Overall its worth the buy.

perfect cheap car
this car has been the most reliable we have owned. we recently inherhited a blazer and took our car off the road for the winter and just left her parked. we had problems with the blazer and were forced to put the cavalier back on the road after sitting for 3 months. she started right up and never let us down. good affordable car

It's a great car
I had this car since new. It's been a great car. It has had no major repairs except for the timing chain replacement. Just general maintenance. Car has never been in an accident. Great car for a new driver or winter car.

Reliability and Stability are the keys
Although this is a lower-end car, it has better engine sound than many other cars. The alignment is excellent as well. Good to have as a starter.

2003 Cavalier VXL
Great Little car. Nice and fast up through the gears.
Cheap reliable motoring.
Seats are quite buckety and floor low down.
So not good if you have a sore back or getting on a bit!
But other than that - great car!

great car head turners looks great and goes great too
been the owner of the car for 2 years now, never had any trouble with it car drives smooth,looks good,sounds good, very reliable cheap on gas and is very well taking care of, car is mint shape absolutely no rust on or under the car

Chevy Cavalier Over 300,000K and still going strong!
I bought this great little car used with about 50,000 Kilometers on it. I have driven this car pretty much every day in all weather including the great Canadian winter and it is still running great. The only repairs I have done are your basic oil changes, brakes, muffler hangers and the starter. The body is starting to look a bit rough but basically this is a great little car. It is roomy enough for 2 booster seats and a car seat in the back. I use snow tires in the winter and it handle great even in the worst weather. Over all this is one of the best purchases I have ever made I am hoping to get 500,000 kilometers on it!

I've had this car since brand new, 240k on it.. No major problems to date. Very reliable and economical car. No issues at all.

Reliable Car
the cavaliers are such reliable cars. they are fuel efficient and only take $40 to fill the tank. why would i want any other car except for this one!!!

Good Ol'Cavalier
Ive had this car since 2008, never had any major problems with it, a few tiny things replaced here and there, otherwise a GREAT car for the initial cost, and fuel cost. It has a peppy 2.2 l ecotech engine, and rides as smooth as the day i got it. i drive al ot, and this car has exceeded all expectaions that i ever had for it. i would definitely recommend finding one that works for you.

Chevy Cavalier
This car is good value, but once you hit the 5 or 6 year mark then it costs a lot to maintain. You get what you pay for, so as long as you know that you're not going to get 10 years out of this car without paying for it, it's good value.

Good fuel mileage!

lots of problems
I have an 03 cavi with 130,000 miles. There are so many things wrong with it I'm not sure where to start.. I bought it used a year ago. The speedometer doesn't function at all, the whole dashboard doesn't function when it is hot outside. It burns through a quart of oil every week or so. Smokes out the muffler when I press on the gas after stopping, which is now held on to my car via tape. Cracked belt. Air only works when it wants to. I hate this car. There are so many things wrong with it & I can't even save up money to buy a new one because it needs so much maintenance.

nice car
low on fuel and nice comfortable car. It is confortable to travel long distance . Not to expensive on gas . Mine was grey and kind of miss it. I did change mine cause I didnt have the ac on that car or else i would probably still have it

for being a cheap car it is pretty great. all around reliabilty. cheap to fill up and it is cheap to repair and easy to repair. not bad styling for 2003 and its got a little power behind it. over all a great little car for starters or just to get around

This car has taken me over 200,000 km with little maintenance in the last 2 years. When something does break, parts are pretty cheap...unless you go to the dealership.

It a car you cant beat
I have had the car since it was new off the floor hard car to run to to the ground cheap to fix and act like a truck off roads ..I have a ford ecaspe and this car has done me better ....Very good on gas just wish they would make a newer one to but

My Cavalier Rocks!
This is is the letter car that could. Its an efficent ride and really good on fuel. The exterior looks great for this price range. A highly reccomended vehicle.
