For 2007, the Volvo S80 is all-new, and is the first Volvo sedan to use a V8 engine.
The S80 is available with a 4.4-litre V8 with a compact 60-degree angle design, or Volvo’s new, compact, 3.2-litre inline six-cylinder. Both engines are mated to a new six-speed automatic transmission; all models feature all-wheel drive.
Features include 17-inch alloy wheels, Bluetooth hands-free phone system, park assist camera, rear side window sunshades, wood and leather wheel, six-CD/MP3 stereo, bi-Xenon headlamps with washers, fog lights, power-folding mirrors, heated leather seats, 60/40 folding rear seat, auto-dimming rearview mirror, power sunroof, and rain-sensing wipers.
Available options include a $3,150 Security Package, including active cruise control, keyless drive and Blind Spot Information System; Luxury Package, including perforated leather, Four-C active suspension, parking assist, heated rear seats and active bi-Xenon headlamps; DynAudio package; navigation system; and dual-screen rear seat entertainment centre.
