Issue: On certain vehicles, the passenger-front airbag may catch the cover panel when it inflates. If this happens, the airbag could tear and may not inflate properly. Safety Risk: An airbag that doesn't inflate properly could create an increased risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Jaguar will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the passenger-front airbag module.

Canadian regulations require the warning indicator to stay on when the brakes are worn. Safety Risk: Driving a vehicle with worn out brakes could increase the risk of a crash. On certain vehicles, the front brake flexi-hoses could come in contact with the front tires due to a manufacturing defect with the flexi-hose brackets. Over time, this could cause a brake fluid leak which could result in reduced braking performance, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the brake flexi-hose brackets as necessary.
