1989 Toyota Celica

Trim: ST

Quality Vehicle
This is my first car ever and its still shiny considering it a 23 year old beauty.

This car has been reliable and gotten me through school with no issues, great gas mileage, overdrive for highway driving, interior is still in mint condition.

I'd keep driving it however it's a little small for my huge dog and for all the camping I like to do.

I just really want someone to enjoy this little car as much as I have. Selling a perfectly good running car that passes air care to the auto wrecker feels like too much of a sad fate for this awesome oldie.

A great sporty car from Toyota!
I owned a 2001 Toyota Celica GT for almost 10 years and I never had a single problem. The car is bullet proof. It must have been designed, engineered, and manufactured by Toyota during their heyday (though maybe they're still in it?) when their reliability was through the roof.

The GT model only had 140 horsepower and 120 torque to the front wheels, so it's not a sports car, but it is a "sporty" car. Performance was fine, if not great, but at least fuel economy was fantastic; the car could go weeks without a fill-up.

The hatchback design and rear-folding seats also means you can haul a tonne of stuff in there. Although only a 2-door coupé, the trunk space is huge once you put the seats down and I often brought home large items such as CRT TV boxes (from back in the day). Those things were huge but the mighty Celica always delivered.

Exterior styling was fine if not spectacular, but the interior design was very nice even if the materials were a little cheap. As an everyday driver, the 2001 Celica GT was just great. It also held up over long road trips (very comfortable), and the reliability was just outstanding with limited maintenance costs.

Overall a fantastic car.

2002 Toyota Celica

Toyota Celica
I love my Celica, although I have the GT version. If I not try to race with other, the performance is good enough in Vancouver weather no matter in raining, sunny, or snowing day. I have it for 10 years, the performance still like new. The only major problem is the power door lock. It is not working at this year, other than that I don't need to spend any $$$ to fixed my car only the regular maintenances. Even the car is 10 years old; sometime I get attentions from another.

Celica come back!
i have an australian spec 98 sx-r Celica, i have modified it tastefully like the ss-III without the ss-III wing and engine, nice leather interior great sound system coilover suspension and i fastodiously maintain the car, oil changes, check suspension components, brakes, keep it polished and clean , its onto 172 000 kms and still drives like new and prob better. im gonna have a hard time parting with it one day.

2000 Toyota Celica

My first car!
This was the first car I purchased – I bought it used in 2005 with about 75k on it.

This was a really fun car to drive and even though I only purchased the GT version it had a ton of pep. Great power in every gear and a sleek overall look!

To this day it’s one of the best looking cars on the road in my opinion.

MY FIRST LOVE
Flip up headlights...sunroof...full power group...including lumbar / bucket seats...5 fun gears of fun in a very fuel effecient sporty 2 door hatch!

OK...this was the first car I ever bought...and I loved it...i was sad to see it go but started a family and the wife made me get rid of it, otherwise I would have totally kept it!

It was cheap to maintain (nothing broke), great on gas (4cyl) and it handled like a dream!

I'd buy it again...in that bodystyle too...really didn't care much for post 2000 body styling...
