2009 Lincoln MKS

Trim: Leather
by KirbyKazoo on 05-29-2017
Sleek Look
It drives smoothly and has a beautiful look to it. The black leather interior is beautiful but I personally prefer beige so I rated 4 stars for that. It is a very reliable car and drives smoothly. Comfort is beyond 5 stars with all the added features such as GPS, bluetooth to connect your phone or ipod and heated/cooled seats. It could be more fuel efficient, it's average in that department, but this also depends on your preference.

AWD breaks
At just over 100000k the AWD transfer case burnt up. There was a recall on this part but not on my serial number. $2000 repair. Suspension issues as well.

2011 Lincoln MKS

I have put 180k on this
I am always on the road. I have put 180k on my MKS.I have had NO problems whatsoever with this car. I had a LS before this one. Of course the MKS is a more comfortable ride. With adaptive cruise it saves me a lot of radar worries. Everything works great. THX sound system makes my long drives enjoyable, Moon roof is nice, not sure I would purchase again. The AWD with snow tires and rims work great when the roads get messy. Too bad they are stopping production. Looking forward to the continental.

2011 Lincoln MKS

Trim: Sedan
by Jay_Taylor4094 on 10-06-2015
Overall Phenominal Vehicle
I have owned the 2011 version of the MKS for about a year now.
Hands down the most comfortable, smooth riding, tech savvy, powerful ride on the market. Especially for the price tag. The back end closely resembles that of a maserati and driving this beast around town makes one feel very accomplished.

This car is very "business class" and is the ultimate luxury vehicle for only around $24k.

2014 Lincoln MKS

2014 Lincoln MKS
I have owned Lincoln MKS models 2010, 2012, 2013 and now 2014. It is a very comfortable, powerful, quiet car with tons of technology. It sits high, weighs a lot and has a distinct boulevard ride. I have compared similar sedans made by BMW, Jaguar and Cadillac. Still prefer MKS. Used to drive Town Car and Lincoln LS. The MKS is reasonably priced. I prefer the loaded models sans the moon roof.

2012 Lincoln MKS

Back window blow out
Last week my husband was driving home from golfing when the back window blow out, from the inside out. There were two soft ball sized holes one on the bottom right side and the other on the bottom left side. We took it into the Lincoln service department and they said it wouldn't be covered by warranty.I phoned our local Glass repair shop to get a quote for the replacement window, they informed me that I was the five customer with this same make & model in the last 2 weeks to have the back window blow out in the same manner. We live in a small city, with a population of 45000, making us think this is a serious default with the Lincoln MKX. I love our Lincoln, but this does leave a bad after taste with us.

2009 Lincoln MKS

by Rubeen on 10-21-2012
wonderful MKS
The MKS is a front- or all-wheel-drive sedan that competes with the Infiniti M, the Acura RL, the Volvo S80 and the Lexus GS.

The MKS gives passengers ample space and comfortable, high-rent accommodations. The dash wears wood and metallic trim highlighted by soft white lighting--it's a subtle, rich environment. The front seats are exceptionally comfortable, save for the forward press of the active headrests. And in back, full-size adults have ample head and leg room.

MKS has a long list of features including satellite radio, voice-activation and Bluetooth controls, ventilated front seats. The push-button start, active park assist and a "MyKey" system that allows to program speed limits, radio volumes and other limits.
