Great Compact Sedan
I really dig my Chevy Cobalt. My first purchase (used) not from family I loved the car starting with the test drive.

Economical, and smart. Big enough to travel with 4 of your friends and a kayak or two on the roof.

All around reliable, and relatively inexpensive to maintain.

All around great buy for price!

2006 Chevrolet Cobalt

Trim: SS 2.4 L Coupe

A Good Little Coupe
I bought this car new and drove it for 3 years and 135,000 km. It was a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Coupe with the 2.4 L ECOTEC engine and 5-speed manual. I had no issues with it other than an engine that would randomly come on, but was never linked to any issue.

I replaced the tires once and the brakes once but that was it.

The car needs a good set of tires for both summer and winter otherwise the wet and/or cold allows for a lot of front wheelspin.

The car was average, at best, with fuel economy but was comfortable to drive in.
