I appreciate all the design features that have gone into the Prius to make it so fuel efficient including the hybrid engine, regenerative breaking and aerodynamic shape. We only visit the gas station once every 2 or 3 weeks.

In my experience, hybrid cars often have very little trunk space. We have been surprised by how much we can fit into the Prius hatch. A cover in the base of the trunk can be removed to provide extra space, as well as a compartment where a few items can be hidden when the car is parked.

We have had our Prius for almost two years now wouldn't want a different car. Although there are other models that have a hybrid engine, I like all the ways that the Prius has been designed to maximize mileage.

This car is larger and has more features but gets better mileage than the previous Prius model. We especially like the solar powered fan that keeps it cooler when sitting in the sun.

We had to replace our previous 2nd generation Prius unexpectedly two years ago and like the 3rd generation one a lot more - larger but with better mileage (especially improved in winter) and no maintenance issues (although it is still only 2 years old).
