Suzuki SX4 2008Change

I drove this car for a year now and haven't any issue with comfort or fuel economy. I was agreeably surprise with the interior desing of this small car the space is more than I was expected for a car of this size. I also like the line of it an it was so easy to parking every were we need. The mechanic was A1 I have no problem to recommend this vehicle.

This car has an amazing anti-lock breaking system. It's alsoi packed with safety features that don't usually come in a base model. Fuel economy is great. It's not a Challenger, or a mustang, but it's a cute car and it is reliable.

I've only had one repair issue since I've owned the car so it's extremely reliable. It feels spacious and comfortable! It's also very fuel efficient and provides superior handling.

We have owned this car since new, and have put 200000 km on it in less than 5 years. I have used synthetic oil since early in it's life, and it still comes out clear enough to see through. It has been absolutely reliable, even in extreme cold without being plugged in. It was the best equipped car we could get for the money at the time, and we would make the same decision again.

The interior is not bad, but is lacking in a few key areas. The rear seat doesn't fold (the option was added in 2010). The driver's seat is not height or tilt adjustable, and doesn't go quite far enough back, which can get uncomfortable on long trips.

Ride, handling and performance are surprisingly good, but not quite as good as a Civic SiR - no surprise. Fuel economy and power could be better from the 2.0L engine, and I wish I had the 6 speed manual transmission Suzuki added in 2010. It is very satisfying to drop a gear and pass someone, and you can chuck it into a corner pretty hard and come out the other side with a smile on your face.

My only major complaint is with the rear suspension, which seems to have deformed over time, causing my back end to constantly push ever so slightly to the right. The axle is $2500+ to replace, and is not adjustable to compensate for this issue.

This car served me well in terms of reliability, fuel economy, and winter driving. The anti-lock breakds worked as they should. For a base model, it had quite a lot that most cars would charge extra for; a lot of airbags, air conditioning, cd player, anti-lock breaks. I loved the red lights in the dashboard, very easy on the eyes. The seats were quite comfortable. It had a button for the gas door. Very nice little car, it looked very nice and drove very nice. I would definitely recommend this make and model.

never had many issues with the car... had more issues with the repair garage... very comfortable easy to drive .... i have 140000 km and stuff only started to go now...

I've had my car for 2 months now. It handles more like my old Tracker than a car. AWD that you can turn off which helps with the gas milage. Which is not bad but compared to the echo I used to drive is a bit pricy. Love how much stuff I can get in the hatch back and the roof racks make it great for country living. Pretty happy with it so for and think it will be a much more reliable ride in the winter. I consider it a mini SUV.

The Suzuki SX4 was my first car and I truly enjoyed the drive and loved the car. I am a female, so the size was perfect for me, the back seats had space, but fitting two people plus a car seat was a bit tight, but it worked. My brother who is 6’3” had to through the seat all the way back so it was touching the backseat. But for someone my height (5’4”) it was perfect.

The gas usage was insanely amazing. It would cost me about $45.00 for a fill-up from 0 to full depending how expensive gas was and I drove a lot. I worked about 16 KM away (each way, highway driving).

The interior design was nice, sleek and modern. The only problem I found was when I was doing 120 – 130 KM, the side mirrors would shake a little (not sure if this is with all cars), but the care itself would fly down the roads with no problems. I found the car to be extremely reliable. Yes the car was smaller than most full-size saddens, but I was able to get in and out of places really easily. For a first time car, I recommend the SX4 all the way.

I've had my SX4 for about a year and a half now, and I really like it. I mean it's, not BMW or anything, but it's a reliable sedan. I really like the high ceiling, which makes the car feel more spacious. Love the built in GPS. I know everyone has one on their phone now, but I get lost a lot. And it;s really convenient to be able to press a few buttons and be one my way home.

We bought this vehicle new in 2008 and have since put on 60,000 km. In that time we have replaced the front brake rotors and will be replacing the tires next spring.

The SX4 Sport Sedan is great in the snow with proper tires and is a fairly comfortable ride.

Interior space is amazing for the SX4's size and the build quality is top notch. To this day there are still no squeaks or rattles in the vehicle.

The issue with all SX4's is mediocre fuel economy and the earlier ones, like ours, is missing features added to later models like fold down rear seats, arm rests, heated seats, and push button start.

On the plus side, the 2008 has a 4-speed automatic and not the CVT used in later years.
