Pontiac G6 2008Change

i have had my car for a few years now, i bought mine used so i have had a couple issues with it however it is a solid car

I bought this care second hand. It is quite a big car,it has lots of room inside but the trunk is pretty small.Its comfortable inside,it has lots of head and foot room. The pedal move to your height and so does the wheel. The headlights are really low in this car and makes it very hard to see after dark. The gas milage is pretty bad also. The outside of the car is nice to look at if you can get past the size of it.It also drives really well.

I have found this car to be smooth, quiet, easy on fuel. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone. There is plenty of leg room without sacrificing trunk space.The engine is big enough to give one power when needed without being too powerful and enticing one to drive too fast. The information panel lets one know what is happening without over-whelming one with info.

I purchased this vehicle which was originally 1 lady pre-owned. Very well taken care of and immaculate interior. Vehicle handles well and a great ride both in city and on highway, especially easy on gas. The most reliable car I've ever owned and haven't had any issues whatsoever. Regularly maintained with up keep - oil changes, lube, spark plugs/wires, engine coolant, a/c, brake fluid, etc. You can't go wrong with this vehicle and well worth the investment.

I have had nothing but good luck with this car since driving it off the lot at Laurier Pontiac in June of 2008. It's time for something newer although I have mixed feelings about getting rid of it. It has never let me down and has been a great car!

Stylish, comfortable, great on gas, gentle ride. Very sleek and efficient on the road and highways. Easy to maneuver, very little blind spots. Great adjustable seating for tall people and very very comfortable.

Love this car inside and out, a more of a rare car with lots of goodies and lots of power. I recommend this car to any and everyone who wants a sleek ride with power and reliability at a fair price!

Ive had this car for almost 6 yrs and was ready for a change. there is absolutely nothing wrong with it and Ive kept it in great condition !
its reliable and would be great for a young adult in there 20's! I went from cavalier to this car and loved the step up

This car has great power; great acceleration and passing power. Very good suspension. Great for highway driving. Very comfortable and roomy. Rear spoiler adds sporty look to the vehicle.

Too bad GM no longer makes Pontiacs. As a loyal Pontiac customer this has to unfortunately be the car with the least "wow" factor. It's just an alright car. Although it does has some issues, for example, GM can't seem to figure out why my cruise control doesn't work, it has been an extremely reliable car that has given me no major issues. Other than the issue with the cruise control and our rear locks no longer working (which has since been fixed) we have had to do no work on it other than normal maintenance. Major issue with it is that it is that it just can't handly Canadian prairie winters, but you will have that issue with any car in deep snow. Great little car to just zip around town in though.

If you want to buy a G6 make sure you have money to spend when it break. Parts are extremely hard to find and extremely costly. The muffler had to be change and I did call Canadian tire and auto parts and none of them had the part. Even trying to find wipers for it is almost a challenge...

This has been a great car and I have enjoyed owning it. It is easy to drive and good on fuel consumption. The vehicle has been stored in winters indoors. It is still in storage now but can be seen before the good weather comes. We have too many vehicles and I had to decide on one to sell. Because I don't drive this year round I chose this vehicle to sell, otherwise I would keep it. Last year that Pontiac made the convertibles so there is potential for this to be a great collector's car! Great vehicle!

This car is excellent on gas when on the highway but the 3.5L engine is more than required for in the city.
The trunk is a decent size but the trunk opening is smaller than it should be.

Overall this car rides and handles very well.

I am the second owner of this G6. Its a 2 door Silver Bullet. The 3.5 OHC Engine has more than enough H.P. to allow you to keep up with the bigger engine and pass a few too. This pep along with very good fuel mileage is a great thing. Ease of access for the driver to reach all knobs on the console is wonderful, along with most of what you need is on the wheel itself. This G6 GT 2 plus 2 has more than ample space for tall people like myself and the telescopic pedels are great for those people of lesser height. All in all once driven I am sure you will find it a wonderful drive, and the Monsoon system I have in mine make it even better. Thanks Dave. Bolton, Ontario.

This was my third car. First one was a blazer, second was a neon. The G6 is by far the best most reliable car I have owned!

I had minimal issues with the car, and it always got me to where I was going in comfort.

This is a sporty and fun car, it has pretty good pick up and handles well. Make sure not to have the low profile tires as they are no good in snowy and wet weather. It is a fairly quiet car inside and out. This car is meant for someone without children as it is not the greatest to get a carseat in and out of because there is not enough head room for it and it is hard to store a stroller in the trunk along with groceries! It's ok for gas mileage, but it does have some good features such as an in dash information center, on star, a sun roof, a remote starter that has fantastic range so you are able to start, unlock the doors from fairly far away....overall i do like this car very much but i do have a baby and i find putting her in the car seat a pain on my back as i have to moneuver her in some crazy positions to get her in her car seat

This is an ok car but not for a young family. The rear windows are very low and you can really see out them. There is also no where to rest your arms while driving. It is good on gas and ok for getting around. there are lots of recalls on this car so thats a pain

Good car, dependable, room for family to stretch legs, great for long distances, a little hard on brakes....make sure you sve for replacements maybe every year??

this is a good car but not really for a family. The back windows are very low. It is good on gas but there are many recalls on this car. Very nice to look at but not very comfortable. Nowhere to rest arms while driving so can make longer rides very uncomfortable.

THIS IS A NICE CAR BUT NOT VERY COMFY AS THERE IS NO WHERE TO REST YOUR ARMS WHILE DRIVING. OK ON FUEL. LOTS OF RECALLS ON THIS MODEL AND SOME THAT THEY NEED TO RECALL AND HAVENT

not very comfy and kids can not see out back window. Ok on gas but very stylish. There are also alot of recalls on this car

I like my car. It is a smooth ride. The CD player is good. I like the radio staying on when shut the motor off.
I like the key fob so I can lock it when I am indoors

Good on fuel but not comfy on long rides as there is nowhere to rest your arms. The rear windows are also very high so kids can not see out them.

Last summer, I rent a Pontiac G6 for about two weeks. This car surprised me. Surprisingly comfy and silent. I think it's a nice family car to be used every day.
