Great Value!
This car has lasted many years and has been, for the most part, very reliable. The fuel economy is also efficient.

Great and Reliable
I have driven this vehicle for the past 4 years without any issues at all. I recently put new all season tires, and new brakes. It drives very smooth, gets 36mph and is the perfect car if you are looking for something reliable and affordable.

This is an excellent, clean, reliable car
This had been our most reliable and least cost to own and run.

There has never been any issue with it. It continues to be a great car.

The normal wear maintenance has been inexpensive as well. Great car.

Sturdy and Reliable
North-american built cars, from my experience are well built and are reliable. For the price you get a good car with all the add ons. All in all, a good car

Great comfort car. Great for road trips, loves the highway!!!
Drives smooth, needs little Work, but still drives great! and great price! Must see! Decently loaded. Dual heat controls in front, a/c, power locks, and windows, keyless entry, keyless trunk pop, alarm, power drivers seat! Doesn't burn or leak any oil! Regular oil changes done (next month is due for another). 2nd owner, I had it for a year, used as a family vehicle, and it was grandma driven before me. Recently done Catalac converter, just did front and rear brakes. Huge trunk, I put down the back seats and had 2 adults and 2 children in there watching a drive in movie (little squishy, but it worked! This car loves the highway; drives so smooth, and doesn't "shake" no matter how fast you go.

My Impala
This is the best car I have owned. Because the car was possibly designed to compete for police force car fleet, every part seems to be upgraded for endurance and performance.

Reliability Personified
My daily driver for close to 5 years, this car hass never let me down! Powered by Chevrolet's best v-6, it combine adequate power and suprisingly good fuel economy. Comfortable and roomy, it's an ideal vehicle for long trips. Sad to see it go, but we've purchased an AWD SRX for our upcoming return to Ontario's Snow-Belt!?

It's a boat!
Big and sturdy, with a very large trunk, which is great for my family. My wife often complains about how much we spend on gas, and often has difficulty parking, due to the large size of the car.

A car to own for first timer user
I bought this car in 2010 and used it for 3yrs i.e till January 2013. I never had any major problem until last year May when the head gasket blew while on vacation. I was informed that one main problem that the car encounter in its life time at least once is the head gasket. Apart from that, I did not have any problem with that car at all. Very good on gas, smooth ride both in city and travelling. Very spacious, big trunk, lots of space at the back and enough leg room for anyone either at the front or the back.

I miss my chevy, I sold it at 272,000km

I have no negative remarks about this car.

A solid , reliable machine
I have had it for almost 10 years now , apart from routine maintenance , I have had no issues whatsoever. Its the roomiest car which can seat 6 people and a huge trunk to boot. Its built solidly and I feel completely safe for myself and my family in it. Its almost time for me to consider changing my car and I am almost certain to go for another Impala.

This car will start no matter what in the winter. I live in Canada where it is really cold and I never have any problems getting the car to start. It is really reliable and I can really depend on it.

awesome car, for an older impala!
drives really well, takes next to nothing to fill it up, and the gas manages to stay in there to get me to where I need to go. Have not had any problems with this vehicle whatsoever! I recommend picking it up as either a starter or a life-long vehicle! You won't be disappointed!

For an older model, it definitely holds up!
This car is amazing. It runs well, to fill the tank is cheap and the gas holds on for quite a while! I haven't had a problem with this car at all! I guess if you look at it this way, the police drove these cars and they managed to get around, so it must be a pretty great vehicle! I recommend an Impala to anyone as a starter vehicle (for older years) or as a life-long vehicle (for newer years).

Underappreciated!
In 5 years of ownership, I've travelled over 150,000 kilometers in my Impala LS. The bulletproof 3.8 liter engine mated to a 4 speed overdrive transmission provide seamless power and suprisingly good fuel economy. Comfortable seating, ample legroom, and tons of trunk space make this a great choice for any family. Replacement parts are reasonably priced and plentiful! Chevrolet's flagship model is not perfect for everybody but, provides excellent useability and value for your money.

Our impala
A 2003 Impala, It was once my mothers, I have many memorys of it. I remember in 2003 when my mother pulled up to my school to get me in a brand new, shiny, fresh off the lot impala. It is very comfortable, smooth riding, has A/C in it which is great for the summer months. My impala is my best friend. And if I were ever to buy another car, it would probably be another impala.

Sturdy ride - good family car!
This car has really not given me much grief - I would recommend it to anyone who has children as it can fit a car seat and leave enough room on either side to handle passengers in the back. I love this car!

Comfort
Car is very comfortable to drive. Has alot of power but does have some errors in it aswell. Such as the Cat clogging losing all power costing you alot of money. Thats the main problem i've had. Car is very reliable now. And its design inside is nice. Fuel Economy is about 350-500+ km a tank depending on how I drive it. Id recommend it to older couples forsure for a smooth classy ride
