2010 Audi TT

It's fast and corners like no other
Very reliable, fast and fun to drive, will miss driving it, will hold 2 sets of golf clubs and 2 pieces of luggage with the back seat folded down.

Awesome Pocket Rocket
Great looking car with excellent performance. Whether you drive in regular, sport, or triptronic mode, you can't help but notice the power and handling of this excellent engineered car. Amazing fuel economy on the highway and considering the performance, pretty good in city conditions. Need to get an SUV and hate to part with this beauty.

2002 Audi TT

by mack5201314 on 02-28-2013
the audi tt
the TT range covers a lot of ground both in terms of performance and price. As a result, some of the range is, in our opinion, more compelling than other parts.

While those looking for a more hardcore driving experience will naturally err towards the coupe, those who prefer a more al fresco driving experience have the roadster option, with an almost identical engine line-up, to consider.

Audi's mission to build a TT for every kind of buyer is boosted by a choice of engine variants that span everything from what's best described as sensible (the entry-level petrol offers relatively tame performance levels, with a power output of 158bhp, for instance) through to the eye-popping, in the shape of the fire-breathing 335bhp 2.5 RS model that sits at the top of the range.

2007 Audi TT

by Reqyuam on 02-13-2013
Good, not great.
I got this car in 2010 second hand from an owner who treated it extremely well. It is overall a well performing vehicle accept for the fact that I have had it break down several times, the Transmission needed repair and also this model has been known to have Turbo Lag. But, all of those errors could have been cause from the previous owner and I was just not informed well enough.

I would recommend this car if you were looking for something extremely stylish and very, very eye catching. It moves like a bullet and is very very comfortable. I would buy this again, except without having to deal with the errors.

Great little car
The seats are so comfertable you don't cramp up on long cross crountry trips.

This model has the 1.8L turbo. Lots of get up and go eith in town or on the hwy. Down shifting with the manual is not always required.

Fuel economy is great, even while driving harder then most other on the road (faster acceleration).

Sure this is a little car which doesen't hold much, but then if you wanted something that held a lot you would of bought a different vehicle.

The body lines are a timeless design. Only issue here is that there are blind spots when backing up.

125000+ km and no major issues that have left me stranded that were the cars fault. I wouldn't think twice driving accross Canada from coast to coast.

2012 Audi TT

Trim: RS 2.5T Quattro
by SmallCarsDoMore on 11-20-2012
Just Drive an RS and nothing else matters
Slip into the properly bolstered driver seat. Find the sport button on the center console. Twist the ignition key (rare these days with push-button starts) and you are greeted with a low engine growl. Its racy and louder-than-expected exhaust note gives hint to energy within, eager to be released. Slide the shifter into 1st gear, give it a good amount of gas before you let out the clutch and the TT RS will leap forward with a forceful hand. Now give it full power and the turbo 5-cylinder hesitates just a tick before it winds toward its 6800-rpm redline and catapults forward with all its might. Rowing through its well-defined shift gates, the TT RS lunges to 60 mph in just 4.0 seconds, with the quarter-mile mark hurtling past at 12.6 sec. at a speed of 109.6 mph. And your brain struggles to reconcile reality with what on paper seemed merely a passing-grade sports car: The TT RS is a hungry, asphalt-chewing world-class driving machine.

2002 Audi TT

Trim: Quattro coupe
by ChuckC on 11-13-2012
Sporty but not a sports car
The TT is more comfortable than it looks, and it looks pretty darn good. It is very smooth and capable on the highway, though it's short wheelbase means it's a bumpy ride around town. If you squint, it looks like a squished New Beetle, and it kind of is, under the skin. But it's wrapped and curved sheet metal means it's more of a chick magnet than a chick car. Reliability is not the long suit of any Audi, and the Hungary-made TT MK1s are no exception. Quick Google searches bring up a myriad of problems with everything from window regulators to wishy-washy hatch lights to a privacy cover seemingly designed to rattle from the factory. But it's all forgotten once the road turns twisty or snowy. Small, quick, and tractive at all four corners makes the stylish TT a great choice for Canadians. Mine is old and well used but still turns heads and is great fun to drive.

A great compact car and loved its stylish exterior design, which is sporty and attractive. Only complaint is its high maintenance cost, but that goes with most of the European cars.

Awesome little car
I love it! Its good for a bachelor like me! Comfy, stylish, and gets peoples heads to turn when i drive by. The only problem that i have is that every six months i need to but in about five hundred to fifteen hundred dollars because something goes wrong. If this car was more reliable i would recommend it to everyone.

Good little sports coupe
For the cost this car looks great, achieves decent fuel economy and provides its owner with a reliable all-wheel-drive sports coupe. The cargo space is small, but this car is not meant for family road trips. For me it has been a good looking, reliable commuter coupe that can be driven through all four seasons.

Artistic, Sporty, Social, Environmental, Audi
When I was in the market for a pre-owned car, I knew I wanted AWD, turbo, standard transmission. This market was very limited, and I checked out the competitors from Subaru, Mitsubishi, etc. The Audi TT had me sold from the start. The interior is a great place to be, and looking at it everyday makes me smile. The small engine has great fuel economy, sometimes getting over 1000 kms to a tank, but also has enough power to never complain about. The Audi dealership is second to none with allot of free maintenance and courtesy services. The car as with all expensive or sporty cars, does take a fair bit of service but other than that its top notch.

For the ladies only
Even though this is one of a few sports cars that Audi produce, it is not for men, it is very difficult to get in and out of and looks very similar to a ladies purse that they should be the only ones to drive one. Otherwise it is an absolute blast to drive, had an automatic out for a test drive and quite sure the manual would have been great also...

A car to show off
This is the coolest car. The design is just really sleek. Like most sports cars, its not the most comfortable to sit in if you are over 6 feet tall but that is not why you buy a sports car. It handles like a dream, particularly being one of the more affordable sports cars. Of course it would be great to have a Lambo or a Ferrari but if you need to keep it real, the Audi TT is a perfect choice.

2000 Audi TT

Trim: 1.8T Coupe
by mfarmer on 10-12-2012
Stylin' little sports car
The styling of this car when it first came out was completely different from anything at the time and very different style from Audi in general. Heavily influence by Bauhaus design queues. I talked myself into the coupe at the time as being more "practical" for cargo room. A year later realizing that as I was single at the time I didn't know what I was really going to need cargo room for so I traded it back in for the convertible. I held onto it for another 3 years after that. It was an incredibly fun car to drive and during our all to brief summer I always had the top down if it was over 10C. I bought high performance winter sport tires for it and with Audi's famous Quattro found myself out pulling big SUV's through the snow.

I had also compared to Boxtsers but found that for around town driving the TT just had the perfect balance of great design and a more comfortable ride for our city streets in Toronto. I had a chance to take the TT out to a track day at Mosport with the Audi folks who showed us how incredible these vehicles are and how far they can go performance wise.

I highly recommend this car! It's a lot of fun in either coupe of convertible form. Now I am looking at small SUV's for my growing family - now where does that child seat go in the TT? :)
