Model Overview
The Jaguar XE is Britain's attempt to steal some of the upscale compact car market share owned by the brand's German and Japanese competition. This entry-level model proudly wears Jaguar styling cues, coming across something like a tiny XJ in the way it projects Jaguar's traditional Brit poshness. There's a lot of tech on offer here, and it became more user-friendly with a 2020 redesign.

On certain vehicles equipped with a 2.0L diesel engine, the fuel return hose could leak. This could cause a the fuel to leak onto the road surface which can present a skid hazard to other road users increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source could also cause a fire. Correction: Dealers will replace the fuel return hose.
