The 71 monte either modified or stock is a beautifully styled car. Its tremendous on highway hauls, its extremely roomy and comfortable to ride in. The only thing missing is very modern conveniences gps and the likes but it can always be added. It has a trunk space that is usable but with a spare tire is a bit constricted. With a car like this fuel economy is not why you bought it but it wont break the bank. If any drive train parts are needed they are easy to find. Over all this car is highly recommended as a great every day car
