Hyundai Sonata 1999-2016Change

I've had lots of ups and down with this car. All in all it's great for getting from point A to point B because of the great fuel economy. 3.5 or out 5 stars.

We bought this car when we were expecting our first child. The trunk space is enormous, we had no trouble fitting in all the baby gear (strollers, playpens, bags, toys) when we went for a road trip. Lots of room for beach/bbq stuff, groceries, i love it!
The exterior is sleek and stylish, even though it's the family car i feel like i'm driving in style :)
The Hyundai Sonata is great on gas, I can make a 350+km drive on less than half a tank if i use the cruise control, half a tank if i don't; but it's better on highway than in town though.

My experience with Hyundai has been excellent. Having bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata as a new vehicle, I have received numerous compliments from both friends and strangers on the exterior styling of the car. The interior is equal in its design finishings, and with a quality engine and ride, the car has proven to be an excellent purchase. I would definitely buy a Hyundai again.

It took me while to get used to the size of this vehicule. But after a few weeks, I would never go back to a smaller car. It is so comfortable. All controls are well designed. For instance, trying to open a locked door will simply unlock it simultaneously, or turning off the ignition key will automatically turn off cruise control. Everything is well thought! Plus the trunk can contain so much stuff! I love this car.

Had this vehicle for 4 months as a loaner. Absolutely astonished by all that Hyundai offers in a mid range sedan.
It was a mid level trim and it had heated seats and mirrors and steering wheel. All just wonderful features in a Canadian winter. Bluetooth and backup camera standard. XM radio standard and free for 6 months when you lease or purchase a Hyundai. The FIVE year 100000km warranty speaks for itself. I didn't need to use it but I read it and almost anything you can imagine is covered.
Not only did this vehicle work for me but my family of 5 was completely comfortable even on long drives. Space for all.
IF you are in the market for a next to new vehicle I highly recommend the Sonata.

Good car. Confortable. Nice looking. Leather interior. Great red color. Easy to drive. Low gas usage. Limited edition. Average price. Bog car for five people, spacious. It is a good car for long distances or everyday use of it. Not expensive, affordable. Few things to repare for a five year old car. Very nice experience with it after all. Love it. You can drive it without any problem, everyone can drive it easily. There were good reviews that were actually true when we tried it. Overall, it is the perfect car for middle wage people. This was my personal experience with this huyndai sonata. It looks really chic while without being expensive and being a great car.

Haven't had any issues so far. My selling feature was the ability to fit 3 car seats across the back seat.

Most reliable car I ever owned. Bought it new and drove it for almost 11 years with very few repairs aside from wear and tear. The V6 engine has lots of power and the trunk is huge!

I bought this car thinking it would be not as good as Honda or Toyota but still good quality. It feels cheap to drive, its very loud and bad blindspots. The style looks good but not functional, people always hit their heads when they get in and out of passenger side. Great trunk space. I wouldn't buy another Hyundai, just feels too cheap - spend the extra 5k for a Honda or Toyota.

Other than oil changes, this vehicle has required no maintenance since purchasing in 2012. It is great on fuel and very reliable/family friends. Would absolutely recommend!

haven't had any serious problems in last 11 years I owned a car. bought it new and never regretted the choice. extra protection was well worth it bcoz I got free oil change for 3 years with it.

I am very much satisfied with my Hyundai Sonata 2013. It has all the features of a luxury car of all big brands but with low cost...Loved its outlook..also its safety features..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

As a Designated Driver, my car never sleeps. I have 370;000 km. on it and still going strong. It still has the original muffler, struts and engine in it. I do regular maintenance on it. Oil changes transmission flushes and fuel injector flush and never had a major problem yet. Yeah its a winner in my books.

First, I liked the timeless aesthetic design. Then i liked the interior- functional, user friendly and comfortable. It was also roomy inside and could carry four adults on a long trip. Plenty of luggage space too. I preferred the lower vents on the dash and the radio high. Also, I preferred a lower console in the front so I didn't feel so confined. With the 235 HP engine the car accelerated well onto the expressway. Reliability was excellent over 210,000 kms.

I love this car so much, perfect for modifications, unfortunately the brakes came bad but Hyundai fixed them for free because it comes with warranty!!

6 yrs. no problems. then all bad news. oil pan rusted, emission canister leaking, transmission jumping gears, rad leaking, not driving a Hyandai now.

I own this car and it is reliable, giving me great comfort and luxury feel....fuel economy is very high
Love this car

This is a comfy ride. It is spacious, has many extras and is a good looking vehicle . We have not owned a Hyundai before, but will consider this make again based on it's warranty and safety features.

This car looks and feels great. Traded my 2012 Sonata 2.0t for this newer one and happy I did. A little less power, but way more comfort and tech package. Very happy customer, would definitely recommend it!!

I have 315,000 km. on my Sonata and still going strong. Kept up all the maintenance on it and its been great. No major problems. The only complaint I have is the passenger seat is way too low for my passenger. Its not adjustable up and down.

Lot of space, you can't get enough of that car..................................................................................................
