Lincoln 1967-2017Change

I loved this MKX so much I bought a new one just like it this one was dripless oiled yearly and only driven on highways !!!!!!

I own a 2001. Big difference when dealing with the years. Each one has its own glitch. The 2001 are known for failing air ride. Once you convert from air ride suspension to standard suspension it's smooth driving for there on out. It's pretty good on gas, but it's not a Prius. This is a vehicle that has and does everything you want and need it too. Truly amazing & luxurious. Before you buy make sure you evaluate why some are priced high and some are priced low. Try to find one that's been converted for you. Above all, amazing vehicle!!!

I had my 2008 Lincoln MKX Ltd Edition for 5 yrs and never had a problem with it. This was actually a fantastic car in every aspect, the handling and AWD were perfect for city driving and ski vacations. The air cooled/ heated seats were a nice touch. The automatic rear lift gate was invaluable, and the sync technology a must! I planned on keeping the car indefinitely and in Mint condition. Unfortunately a tree collapsed on my car while I was in it - luckily however the frame held up and protected me from what could have been a fatal accident. Sadly, my MKX is a write-off because of the unusual circumstances of this accident. I am now looking for another MKX because no other brand offers all of the features that this one does to perfectly fit my lifestyle. I am even a little sentimental as the car gave it's life for me ;)

I really love my Lincoln Navigator it is very reliable and comfortable to drive. The handling is very smooth and you feel amazing when you drive this vehicle.

This car has been great. Nice soft ride and good fuel economy on the highway. The only reason i sold the car is to help pay for school.

All of the features of a luxury sports car at an affordable price. The sound systems incredible, crystal clear that could rival any after market system. If you don't want to listen to music then feel free to experience one of the quietest rides around.

Driving for the first time the Lincoln Mark LT was a wonderful experience. I fell in love with the exterior and interior look at first noticing that wherever I go people were turning their heads on this jewel.. Everything was awesome in this car

I have never experienced a better ride than a Town Car. Have had Town Cars for more than 5 years. Never regretted.

Great riding and handling car. Solid all over, even lines from front to end. Sounds great especially when you close the doors, hood and trunk. Good looking a real eye catcher.

Last week my husband was driving home from golfing when the back window blow out, from the inside out. There were two soft ball sized holes one on the bottom right side and the other on the bottom left side. We took it into the Lincoln service department and they said it wouldn't be covered by warranty.I phoned our local Glass repair shop to get a quote for the replacement window, they informed me that I was the five customer with this same make & model in the last 2 weeks to have the back window blow out in the same manner.We live in a small city, with a population of 45000, making us think this is a serious default with the Lincoln MKX. I love our Lincoln, but this does leave a bad after taste with us.

We have had a wonderful time with this truck. We drove it to Texas and back for the winter. It is good on fuel, handles beautifully and gives a great ride. Even my wife loves driving it. We hate selling it but we need a 3/4T to pull our trailer and we've bought a van to travel south with.

Great touring car..smooth, powerful and a joy to drive. I have 3 vehicles, and am selling this one as I need a truck and my wife likes her Cadillac

Owner ship 5years in August 2008.. reliable , and smooth drive. 4 x 4 very good with winter months.
No manger problems, sits 5 comfortable.
New brakes last year, oil changes every 5,000kim. Still under warranty till next year .

I am really sorry to let this car go, it rides like a kings carriage so smooth it 's almost like you are floating on air.
But the wife has been bugging me for years to sell it she says it looks like one of those funeral cars, Ha a blue funeral car??

Like any car with a few years on it, the interior leather might not look brand new. But this car drives and preforms like it is. Never encountered any critical problems with the vehicle, and has remained in excellent condition!

This car has been our family since new and it spent almost 30 years in storage on the West coast. The drive from Vancouver back to Saskatoon was one of the most enjoyable and comfortable driving experiences I have experienced! All equipment on this vehicle is in great working condition. It is truly a classic!

Is a very comfortable car. Spacious trunk,as well as lots of leg room in both back & front seats. Interior spotless as is exterior. Has been well maintained. Must been seen to appreciate.

The Bad:
This car can not remember my seat setting and the process to record the seeting is very complex - have to use the key fab. Nonetheless, after my wife drives the car once the seating only work half of the time. They have no answer for that.

The really Bad:
The sound system is really bad and two less speakers than the Edge. They replaced my sub-woofer and it still sounds terrible. If you like to drive with music on - you will hate this vehicle.
The Sync system is very fakely - the Nav is so terrible, I don't have words to describe it. The Nav via voice commands wants the full address and usually picks something 2000 miles away. Only way to make it work is to tell it to change city and then you can give one command at a time.
Sync often freezes and reboots and is very slow.

the so-so
For 305 horsepower it doesn't really have a lot of pick up but not terrible and the moon roof takes forever and makes you hold on to the button.

Rest of the car is good

A solid well built car and I was quite saddened that Ford discontinued the model. I bought this car because I was sick of lemons and I have never regretted the decision. It is an excellent and very safe family car. You can fit two large car seats in the rear with enough space for a passenger in the middle. The trunk can fit anything a family withs kids can imagine. The transmission and engine are SOLID. I have had some minor electrical issues but they were not expensive to fix. Will warn you that this car really needs winter tires to drive properly on ice and snow as the rear wheel drive and relatively light rear end makes traction a real issue. Once the winter tires are on......the car handles beautifully. The V8 delivers good pep from stops but I find the car lacks prompt acceleration to pass when at highway speed (almost like the car thinks for a second when you give her the gas....then she flies). The interior is very large so it can take front windows a little longer to deforest/defog at extremely low temps. Taking good with the bad, the car is still a winner in my books.

This car drives and handles great! It is a quiet classy ride. The tinted windows gives you your needed privacy but won't hinder your view. It is the perfect car for a small family or even a single person that wants to drive a luxury car and yet not have to pay to high a price. Looks great, drives great, handles great, and simply is a great car. I need a pickup truck that is why I am selling

This car has been loved as you will see by it's current condition. Everything works including cold air. This car hasn't seen a winterand driven to local car shows.

Most North American cars are poorly engineered.
I have a 2008 Lincoln and its has filled me with sorrow.
This is the last North American...especially ford made that I will buy.
