The all-new 2016 Nissan Maxima is about as sleek as a four-door sedan can be.

2011 Nissan Maxima SV Review
This is my first Nissan and I absolutely love it!
I have driven many other makes of cars in my lifetime, but this one is by far the best, fit and finish is fantastic.
Reliable, Dependable, Stylish, and Classy!
The seats are firm and supportive, radio and climate controls are all close at hand. The Maxima feels more expensive than it's purchase price, on the road it is extremely sure footed...I mean you feel safe and secure taking a corner or stopping quickly if needed. There is also lots of storage space. It is also a very quiet interior...wind noise is kept to a minimum.
Love it, Love it, Love it!

4 Door Sports Car
As a father of 2, this is the perfect vehicle for those with children while still having the performance and power of a sports car. The interior is refined and comfortable and exterior is sleek and sharp. The CVT transmission takes a little getting used to, but the car provides plenty of passing power and a smooth quiet ride.
Living in Canada, I really utilize and enjoy the heated seats and heated steering wheel. The Bose stereo provides excellent acoustic sound and the leather bucket seats keep me comfortable and enjoying the ride.
Overall, Nissan has succeeded in producing a 4 door sports car.

2000 Nissan Maxima

Awesome to drive but expensive to maintain
After owning this car I will always follow this rule when buying again: don't buy a car in it's 1st model year, they have the most problems.
Had it for 7 years and really loved it despite being quite expensive to maintain.
Had to change a lot of parts not related to regular wear and maintenance: MAF, ECU (2000$), DRL module, etc.
What I liked:
- fun to drive, great sport feeling;
- awesome engine and power;
- great interior and exterior;
- very good quality finishing;
- features (Bose audio, traction control, etc.)
What I didn't:
- premium gas required or check engine light comes on;
- break disks too small for a car like this;
- expensive parts;
- poorly designed parts: MAF Mass Air Filter Sensor, ECU, induction coils, DRL Daylight Running Lights module, etc.
Lots of issues with the models in years 2000, 2004, etc.
Would I buy a Maxima again? Probably not. There are so many others to drive and have.
