2013 Audi A7

CHANGES FOR 2013:

Late to the “four-door coupe” party started by Mercedes’ CLS in 2005, the A7 has arguably ended up the most attractive in a class that also includes the awkward-looking BMW 5 Gran Turismo. As with the A6, the A7 gets a 310-hp, supercharged 3.0L V6 matched to an eight-speed automatic, connected to a Quattro all-wheel-drive system. New for 2013 is the sportier S7. Just as in the S6 sedan, the S7’s new 420-hp twin-turbo V8 features fuel-saving stop-start functionality and cylinder-deactivation that shuts down four cylinders under lighter loads and shares the seven-speed dual-clutch auto and Quattro all-wheel-drive powertrain with other Audi S models.

Audi's A7 Sportback starts out in Premium trim with 18-inch wheels, four-seat interior, four-spoke steering wheel with manual tilt/telescope, monochrome driver information system, front, side, curtain and knee airbags, ambient lighting, Audi drive select, music interface with iPod cable, Audi pre-sense, three-zone climate control, auto-dimming interior mirror, power tailgate, Bluetooth, centre console bin, keyless entry, chrome exhaust tips, engine start-stop system, heated outside mirrors with memory, folding rear seat with pass-through, heated eight-way power front seats with four-way driver lumbar, sunroof, garage door opener, pushbutton start, leather seats, LED taillights, automatic headlights and rain-sensing wipers, MMI radio with 6.5-inch screen, satellite radio, tire pressure monitoring and Xenon headlights.

Premium Plus models add 19-inch wheels, park assist with backup camera, colour driver information system, Audi connect, intelligent keyless entry, auto-dimming outside mirrors, HD radio, navigation with MMI controller with MMI touch and Jukebox, steerable headlights, four-zone climate control, LED ambient lighting, Bose stereo, ventilated front seats, cornering lights, electric steering column adjustment and S line exterior trim.

The S7 comes in a single trim that includes 19-inch wheels, steerable headlights, unique bumpers, sunroof, power tailgate, space-saving spare tire, alu-optic mirror housing, upgraded leather interior, intelligent keyless entry, LED ambient lighting, navigation with MMI controller, single CD/DVD player with HD radio, Bose stereo, Bluetooth, Audi drive select, three-zone climate control, sport rear differential, cornering lights, adaptive air suspension, aluminum door sills, heated, auto-dimming outside mirrors, Audi pre-sense, sport seats, heated 12-way power front seats with driver memory and lumbar, three-spoke steering wheel with shift paddles, electric steering column with memory, Audi connect, music interface with iPod cable, park assist with backup camera, garage door opener and fine-grain ash wood inlays.
