This was one of the first cars I drove. It has that distinct Volkwagen engine sound as most old models do. I have taken it to long trips and also trips to the mountains. My car lasted me 15 years until I sold it, it was still quite a good car to ride back then.

I love the many features that this car has - the adjustable seats, the sunroof, stereo remote from the steering wheel, leather seats and cup holders for each seat. I drives smoothly and with the comfy interior, it's awesome for long trips.
Of course, being a big car, it's not as economical on gas as others. Also, the space for storage at the back isn't at all too roomy - but you can always collapse the back chairs if need be.
Still, it's a great minivan for big or small families to take out on vacation on long trips on the road.

The Toyota Corolla was my first car and I loved it. I bought it second hand, and it was already a 10 year old car by then. I seldom had any issues with it and took me to and from work everyday for four years to without any issues - very reliable. Also, it only cost me $40 twice a week for gas.
