My Camry is now a 10 year old car with 200k+ and I still haven't had any issues what so ever. Very comfortable, quiet and a pleasure to drive. Toyota had added many luxury features to this car and it has made a big difference, i.e. with their built-in preventative coating, absolutely no rust even after driving it on salted roads for 10 years. The battery is 10 years old! Amazing vehicle. Given their attention to detail and quality I wouldn't consider leaving Toyota!
