Have had no issues with my F150 and will hate parting with it, but it's time for an upgrade. Aside from routine maintenance it has needed no major repairs, and all recall replacement parts have performed fine. Suspension's getting slightly mushy now but I tow lots of trailers with it. Engine performance is fine, it's not using more oil now than it did when new.
