Having owned a few Toyotas over the years their dependability is why I keep buying them when it comes time for a new car. The gas mileage on my Corolla is very good and the car has cost me close to nothing to operate except regular maintenance. Would recommend the brand to anyone looking for the above criteria and would do so with confidence. The Corolla is great in city driving with a comfortable ride over the bumpy streets but is just as comfortable on the highway. The steering is just right, responsive and provides good feedback. My only problem is with strong side winds where the car requires you to keep both hands steadily on the wheel. A good surprise was how well it does in the snow, providing one installs winter tires, it was surprisingly agile and fun in the snow. Another surprise, although I'm used to it know, is how well it does when it goes in for a E-Test, every Toyota I've had, no matter how old has passed the e-test with flying colors. It's a great car and I'll buy another!
