Toyota Yaris 1990-2017Change

nice little car, easy to park, great to get around town. Not a lot of acceleration at higher speeds but great mileage and low maintenance.

Over more then two years of putting on many kilometers I have never had to fix anything except a tail light bulb and tires. Amazing on gar and far more spacious then it appears from the outside. I am getting a Yaris again for my next car for sure. My only problem besides replacing a bulb is that the 1st radio preset button has stopped working. I do change raqdio stations often and do not think this would happen with regular where and tear.

It's s good first car, I bought it about 9 months ago have not had any problems thus far. I would recommend it to my family and friends. Gas is cheap maybe $50 to fill I drive a lot and work far and only have to fill up once a week.

Been with this car for about 6 or so years, no problems what so ever and is still driven on a daily basis. It's been good driving this and over all i think it is a decent enough car. Although I do want a new ride my Toyota Yaris was enough to handle all these years of driving down town every day.

Bought a used one for 7 grand, gets me where i need to go with low fuel.

I would reccomend for first time drivers, a lil trouble with low HP, cant accelerate up hills

This is the second Yaris we have owned, we would not hesitate in getting a third.Very economical, has plenty of power, my concern was that for a small economical car that it would be under powered in order to get extra milage. I have a toyota sienna and find the pick up comparable.

This is perfect for anyone that's looking for a simple commuter car. The sedan has a comfortable interior to drive others around, while the hatchback is not as much but still pretty decent. The engine is not very big so don't expect to go very fast uphill with a full load.

Toyota reliability and excellent fuel economy, average 400+km per tank, I've hit 500 once. 'nough said.

Purchased a new Toyota back in 2010. It's a great economy car, gets 600 kilometers on a tank of gas. The interior however lacks some features such as a GPS and intrument readings. The radio quality is good.

Bought a Yaris to replace by aged out Echo. The Yaris seems to be a good car - can even take a deer collision pretty well. one thing it lacks is in the interior design. Not even a handy spot to store glasses - the Echo had it beat for inside design.

I love this car, the most impressive experience I had with this little car is how gas ecnomic it is!. I only spend a little over $200 on gas in the summer round trip to vancouver (from winnipeg, over 2400 KM for a round trip).

Obviously it's not a luxury ride, but for what I want, which is economy, reliability and a dash of style it's excellent. Just upgraded from an '03 Echo and am so glad I did! One of my personal favorites with both the Echo and Yaris series is the amount of storage space in the dash area. You can keep all your things without having a car that looks messy.

My Yaris is the best - I am not worried to drive anywhere because it is so dependable. I have the RX package and it is so cute looking, too. I do the regular maintenance and have never had a problem.

I now have over 200,000 kms on my 2007 Toyota Yaris.
It is as tight and ship shape as when i purchased it.
I could not be more satisfied with this model.
I put snow tires on in winter and it is great.
Larger trunk than Corolla.

The Yaris is a solid and reliable car. It is good for both city and highway driving. It is surprisingly spacious inside, and requires only the usual regular maintenance.

JUST LOVE THAT CAR SO MUCH, LOVE THE VALUE, ONLY HAVE TO DO MAINTENANCE REPAIR, NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM, FUEL ECONOMY( 765KM WITH 40LITRES OF GAZ ON HIGHWAY / 642KM WITH 40L IN TOWN). FUN TO DRIVE AND A LOT OF SPACE

This car is really goof for its category, good fuel economy, very comfy and safe, I have traveled miles and miles and you really save lots of money with this car. Love the exterior styling, the interior is a bit too common nothing really special but it will do! Great for city driving where the fuel economy is the highest! 30 MPG is really good but could be a bit better! Its aerodynamics (and likely the lack of more gears for the automatic) keep it from returning the 40 mpg or higher ratings that other subcompacts like the Hyundai Accent now get.

I bought this 2005 model yaris used in 2007. Since then I've enjoyed the best fuel economy of any car I've ever owned, (this includes suzuki swift and mazda protege). Also, apart from replacing windshield wipers, the car has been problem free.

Currently at 290,000km and going strong. Few parts (brakes and alternator) replaced. Never had a problem in wind or snow. Have two under3s and still fit the stroller in the trunk with all our gear.

This car is a fantastic daily driver. It gets great gas mileage and never has any problems. Highly recommended for saving money.

Decent car, very good mileage, great acceleration to 30 MPH, gas pedal a bit too soft requiring you to hold your foot up which can cause some discomfort. Reliable car except the engine had a ping that Toyota would not address through warranty. Roomy interior for such a small car.

I have no complaints about this vehicle. It hasn't broken down, is fairly gas efficient, and looks and feels nice.

Smart choice for a car. Cheap on gas, fuel efficient, and has alot of space. Atleast the Sedan has alot of space. This car does everything a larger sedan can do, but saves you gas. It even allows for 5 adults to sit without any problem, which is amazing! Best thing about the car, is its parking. I have never parked a car as easily as this car. Excellent choice!

I have had this car (2008 Toyota Yaris) for just shy of 1 year. I was looking for a reliable vehicle that gets me great gas mileage. I drive constantly through city traffic each and every day for my job, and I have only had one issue with this car. Just recently it became winter where I live. Shortly after the first snowfall, my interior dashboard lights stopped working. I haven't looked into why yet, but I'm sure it's not a big deal. The only other thing I could say about the Yaris is that it takes some getting used to since the speedometer, etc. is all in the middle of the dashboard, as opposed to being behind the steering wheel as normally located. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great gas mileage , very practical car. Good family vehicle for travelling, and commuting to and from work. Kids love it - favourite choice for our sixteen year old who has just started driving. She would rather drive the Yaris than our Mustang GT!

I bought new toyota yaris. I enjoyed it a lot, the car has best exterior design which made everyone envy. Looks like sports car. The car has good fuel economy at the price of engine which is not that powrful enough. The interior styling done to save space and make place for everything.
