Nissan Altima 2004Change

this car and nissan cars in general go crazy about gas spending once the reach high mileage as the spending rate will reach about 13l/km and the problem that no body can really fix this issue even the dealer .. such a fail

i purchased a second hand 2004 nissan altima 3.5 v6 it has proven to be very reliable good visibility and has a lot of power unfortunatley it reqieres premium gas or it runs rough and it uses a fair bit of fuel in the city but since it didn't break down all the time it evened itself out

If you worry that this car will break down and what not then stop the worrying because this Nissan is very reliable. I took it to my mechanic and he checked everything. There aren't any serious problems with this vehicle. Everything works perfectly. As a owner, I testify to this.

One thing I will mention is that sometimes only sometimes, when you put on the breaks you might hear silent screeching sound which isn't much of a concern. I did not mind the noise but if that is an issue with you can get it checked for little or no cost at all.

Overall it is perfect for driving in the city. I would prefer bachelors/students or small families.
For your benefit, I recently got new muffler/exhaust for the vehicle, upgraded with tints for back seat/rear windows, and got rust proof.

I love this car! it is great on gas, lots of room inside as well as a nice exterior. Very comfortable, quiet ride, no problems at all. steers great! no complaints!

i own this car since 15 months, it has been very reliable, never broke down, very large inside space specially for someone tall man like me, cheap on gas too. the Best thing about Nissan altima that they are not that expensive, what else you can for $5000 compare to Nissan altima.

A very responsive, economical car with lots of room in the front back and trunk. Plenty of room for family, friends, provisions for the week, and stretch out in comfort. The manual transmission shifts very smoothly and easily. This car is a joy to drive on the highway as well as in town. The factory leather covered steering wheel makes a huge difference to the handling pleasure and ability. The steering wheel mounted controls make it easy to control the interior environment and watch the traffic. If you like to stay cool while driving in the hot summer, you will enjoy the air conditioning. The six speaker stereo radio and CD is great. No rust!

I've driven this car for the past few years, and it is extremely reliable. I haven't run into any issues with it thus far. It has a comfortable feel to it, a very stylish exterior, and will take you where you need to get to.

Generally good but poor gas mileage and difficulty in getting adequate heat in the coldest part of winter.

This is by far the best vehicle I have owned. It is good looking, and has great acceleration. Not the easiest on gas but that is to be expected of a v-6. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

i purchased this car new in 2003. i am approaching 300000k and am quite pleased with its reliability. aside from regular replacement items such as tires, battery and brakes and with regular oil changes it has been an exceptionally reliable auto. probably one of the best cars i have owned. it still looks pretty good and i am not embarassed driving it. everything works including the air conditioning. the 2.5L engine is smooth and strong and doesnt burn any oil. while the interior has some pretty cheap plastic bits that dont fit all that well, to me its quite comfortable. as a sales rep i spend lots of time driving this car and it has become almost like a good friend that looks after me.

This is a great car, and it just runs and runs without any problems at all. Very good on gas and doesn't cost that much in maintenance.
