Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class 2000-2011Change

The Mercedes Benz CLK 320 is a fast and nimble convertible with ultimate class and style. It is a joy to take out on the highway and on winding country roads. The only down side is that it is hard to choose between this car and my motorcycle!

Fantastic car. Extremely reliable and comfortable for its time. Fast and a lot of fun to drive. I would rate this the best car I have ever owned of the 15 or so cars I've owned in the last 40 years.I have nothing at all to complain about.

The ride is smooth and comfortable, the appearance of the car says expensive, and the power and acceleration are ferocious when you use the accelerator aggressively. Roadholding is tenacious given the premium tires, and operating cost is reasonable given the power and opulence. All in all a great vehicle when used aggressively, and patrician when used sedately.

If you are driving the car with the top down, be prepared to have strangers do any of the following: wave, give the 'thumbs up' sign, ask you to trade cars with them, or even just ask you to take them for a ride! As much as others seem to enjoy looking at this car - you'll love driving it even more. Nothing can beat the torque-shoving-you-in-the-back feeling of that you get with a large displacement V8. Don't expect great fuel economy (but if you are worried about spending a few extra bucks at the pump - this was never going to be the car for you anyway!) I have thoroughly enjoyed owning this car

This car get positive comments wherever it is seen. It is a very clever balance of compact size, generous interior space, great looks, and strong performance. It rides amazing, corners like a race car, and has a throaty growl that very subtly lets people know you are there. This car just makes people happy. I have no idea how Benz can capture the essence of a sports car in a luxury convertible the way they have. Any downside? Yes, the side windows will leak when it is raining hard. No a huge deal.

This is a fun and sporty car to drive. Versatile as a convertible in the warmer weather or a soft top sedan in the cooler months of the year this car features the comfort and luxury of style and performance that Mercedes is known for.

Mercedes CLK430 AMG Convertible is extremely reliable. It has given me many years of pleasure. liked your class is upgraded with confidence. This car could easily last another 10 years with good care. Hope the new driver all the best and enjoy this beautiful and attractive sport car from Mercedes.

For a beginner driver like me, CLK55 AMG is awesome.

I am experiencing fast and furious as well as safe and sound from this luxurious sport car -- AMG: all the momentum feeling, 'whoom whoom' roaring, meanwhile the security and safety of its brake and seat design.

This is all a beginner expected!

Sadly, I am selling it only because I drive too rarely and CLK55 AMG is not used to its best.

I hope I can find another driver who can show the beauty of CLK55 AMG.

Most comfortable and amazing car I've ever owned; No car accidents, smooth ride, never any issues; take it in twice a year for oil change and make sure everything is ok. Never any issues.

Mercedes CLK430 AMG is built to last with comfort, class, style, reliable, speed and so on ..... anything a driver expect from a sport car. This car's model was built and designed so well, that is suitable all ages. Once you are inside the car cruising down the street, you feel liked your class is upgraded with confidence. If you are a young driver liked, you will give people an image of success, mature, solid, trust and lovable..... This car is so good that I NEVER HAVE any PROBLEM with it. Even up to today, a brand new $40 000 car couldn't give me/you the feel and the looked of a car liked this 2002 Mercedes-Benz CLK430 AMG. This car could easily last another 10 years with good care. This car is an amazing ride, it has been safe, reliable, smooth and very powerful car. It is in great condition and has been great driving it for years, The car was driven a lot only local driving and I drove approx. 15000 km per year.

As much as I like this car from a styling, design and performance it completely let me down. Constant problems with the electronics, sensors and what not. I had the engine stall in the middle of the intersection because the car thought it was overheating, I had a leaky roof that seeped water through the seal on the driver side. Maybe it was just this car, but the experience has put me off buying a convertible from MB. If you must have a MB, go for the E-Class Sedan , I was pleasantly surprised by it.

Owned it for 10 years. The end of a classic car, the CLK. There will be no more CLKs . The new ones are called E coupes.
Because of the design of the car, it feels very light to drive. It hugs the road and corners like nothing you have ever driven. The other thing that is unique about this car is the pilarless design. When the front windows and rear windows are down, there is no pillar in the middle as with all other cars. Its an unique experience driving around town with the windows down. The music system is good. This car has always started reliably. No trouble at all. The doors are heavy and there is a solid clunk when the doors close. Another thing about the CLK is that the windows do an automatic seal when the doors close. No other car has that. It has to do with the lack of a pillar in the middle, thats why the glass has to do a reseal when it closes.
Beautiful car and a beautiful ride. There is no wind noise when you are on the hwy.

This is one of the best creation of Mercedes. I have this car for almost 3 years and every time I drive this car I appreciate Mercedes. The car has sporty look and great performance when you compare it with fuel economy.

This car drives very smoothly and lightly, but it's still grounded. It has heated and leather seats making it really comfortable and any part of the seat you want to fix, you can adjust (not just the back). The outside is beautiful and luxurious, but not the "show-off" type.

This is my 4th Mercedes Benz CLK Cabriolet and I absolutely love these cars especially this body style! When I sit in the car and turn on the engine I cannot wait to get outside and drive it for it's looks, handling, power, comfort and safety not to mention the outstanding service from Mereceds Benz USA and Canada over the years. But most of all I love to drive it with the top down enjoying the sky above and the road below. I cannot imagine owning any other car.

easy on the eyes, easy on the road...fantastic performance although maintenance is pricey and gas mileage isn't fabulous.

Since I purchased it, cornering is great, ride is smooth, great suspension. Great motor!
With the 430 the smaller V8 has enough power and decent mileage. Perfect blend of performance - not too much, not too little. Acceleration is more than enough.
For a car that's now 10 years old it still turns heads everywhere I go. The AMG grand effects give it a muscular stance without being too much.
Minor service issues, I've done myself. I would recommend this car to anyone.

A Mercedes-Benz product with a V8 motor is guaranteed to win smiles, and if properly maintained, high mileage shouldn't cause many frowns.

The CLK500 with AMG appearance/suspension is one beautiful car! It is most comfortable in straight-line accelleration and handles its weight sufficiently through corners... not to be mistaken for a high-performance track car, this machine shines best when there are people looking at it on the street.

This is one hot car. If you don't mind wearing down your tire a little early you will love the way this car can take off at any speed. Passing cars on the highway is a dream, you can do it quickly and be out of the way. The car can turn on a dime and has incredible handling. This is a true sports car.

It handles extremely well, with the right tires gives a great ride has been super through the winter. my experience is that I have had no problems with my car which is why I drive a Mercedes.

This car is a Lemon. There are many issues wrong with this car. Don't be fooled. Undeclared accident Front Conor and right back Panel. Passenger seat broken. Engine is in need of major repair and car sat for 4 year on original gas, you can figure the rest out. Many lies were told over this car.
