Looks great, rides great, excellent power.
I have had my 2007 Infiniti G35X since new, and now have 240,000KMS with hardly any servicing issues. Would buy another Infiniti product without reservation.

Luxury car
This car is beautiful. The ride is super smooth and it handles like a dream. It makes driving fun. The interior console is set up very nicely. The leather is supple and smooth. Initially I had to get used to the seat warmers but they're a nice feature to have during the winter. Another nice feature is the cameras in the back. Great for parallell parking.

2011 G37X Review
Pros:
- Very fun car to drive. Enjoy going for rides
- Car has plenty of acceleration.
- Exterior styling has not changed much over the past 5 years but is still great.
- Although not the roomiest back seat, still better than most in it's class and price range

Cons:
- Wish the ipod connection was more accessible or wireless

Entry level luxery done rights.
I am approaching my third year with the car. Minor fit and finish issues such as: vibrating sound from steering wheel, driver's side windows does not fully close when door closes (the coupe has a frameless window that drops on opening. Cold weather squeaks from the windshield and transmission tunnel. These are all easy fixes with a can of silicone lubricant.

Mileage is good for the power output, handling is firm without being jarring.

Common trim pieces shared with Nissan products like the Altima reflect the cost savings that make this cheaper than a 3 series.

All wheel drive system is excellent- the car still feels like a rear wheel drive vehicle but is less prone to oversteer in the snow. Snow tires are a must given the power.

Can't afford a BMW 3? This is your car, awesome car to road trip in. Lots of hp, torque and steering feels great. Maybe not the most fuel efficient or reliable but a good buy

Infiniti G35 - 2004
Second owner of this car, I purchased it off of someone's lease back in 2005.
This car has been nothing but a dream for me... Infiniti makes great cars. If you want the reality of any "issues" I've had with this car.. I would have to say that the fact that my automatic seat track all of a sudden stopped working for me. Back in 2009 it just stopped working as it used to. I did all I could to personally look into it, and then brought it to the Oakville, Ontario Infiniti/Nissan dealership (Danny = best customer service!). The bill was going to range upwards of $1,500 or more. So now I just deal with it how it moves (as if the battery is on it's last breath).
ALSO.. now my "airbag" light is flashing. This issue is serious, as the bill could be extensive, and the repair may not even solve the issue. So I now I drive with the airbag light flashing (December 2012). Aside from that, I love my fully upgraded leather seating/sunroof/V6/300hp engine G35!

Excellent confort
Amazing car, under-rated and in 2003 beat the best of the best the BMW 3 Series. Un-noticed. Power, Comfort, handling and sophistication inherited, that's what you'll get with this car, therefore it's a no-brainer, get it!.

solid in all ways with still very current styling and mechanics the equal of much newer vehicles
Have owned since new and still driving every day. At almost 248,000 kms, no mechanical problems, only conventional maintenance required. Excellent warranty and service from the local Infiniti dealership, Still fun to drive and very comfortable.

2007 Infiniti G

2007 G35S
I've owned three Infiniti vehicles (2 G35s and 1 QX4). My last Infiniti, and the one this review is about, is a 2007 G35 Sport. At the time of purchase, I debated very hard whether to get the AWD G35x or the RWD G35S. Due to a number of features that were important to me (VLSD, larger brakes, Sport seats, paddle shifters, etc) I ended up going with the RWD G35.

My first winter with it, I immediately purchased a set of Blizzaks for it and ran them on a set of Nissan 350Z wheels. With a good winter setup, I had ZERO issues with it and had no regrets going with the Sport over the X.

As far as the car is concerned, I absolutely loved pretty much everything about it. My G was loaded so it had all of the techno toys at the time. The interior to me at least is very classy, modern, uncluttered, and overall very attractive. The sport seats IMHO are exceptionally comfortable.

The 3.5VQHR performs extremely well and has a pretty decent sound at WOT from inside the cabin. At cruising speeds on the highway however it's quite quiet. The downside for some might be that it takes premium fuel only. Everyday driving, I averaged about 10.7L /100KM. Overall, the G performs extremely well and is a very capable Sport Sedan.

Reliability was nothing but flawless during 4 years of ownership and had zero mechanical issues. The only thing that was done outside of routine maintenance was that I needed my grille replaced due to abnormal pitting. It was replaced within one year of ownership under warranty and I never had the issue again.

My only regret was not keeping this car.

The G35 is beautiful, yet problematic
I have had nothing but high hopes for my 2006 g35 coupe. Unfortunately it had only lived up to its beauty but not its reliability standards you would expect from infiniti being a "luxury brand." In my opinion this vehicle has left a great visiual impact with very little emotion feeling or connection due to its major "over hyped power." Its a quick car but no where in the realm of what it was engineered to be. Strap a turbo to it and it becomes a whole nother monster but the 3.5 really is neither economical nor powerful, it's just blah in between both.
I'll be purchasing an M3 next time around for a true performance vehicle that is luxury, power, and curb appeal.

Great Car
This is my third car.
I've also owned a 2004 Hyundai Tiburon GT-V6, and a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta VR6.
Right now I own a 2008 Inifiniti G35S, and I can honestly say by far this is the better car so far.
It is reliable, decent on gas, good power, tonnes of options, and it still looks good although the model is now dated compared to other car makers. Everyone still loves it and it cost less than the Volkswagen Jetta to maintain.

Awesome car - great sports suspension - true enthuasiast ride
Amazing performance. Friends call it an "adult skateboard". The black on black color draws stares when clean! Decent gas mileage, great handling - even in the winter with 4x winter tires and rims. Very comfortable for short and long rides, truly decadent BOSE sound system and great navigation package. Must be seen and driven to be appreciated.
