Reliable
Overall it runs well and is a good SUV, however i believe it is over priced. Have never had problems with the car other than general maintenance. The gas mileage is pretty standard for SUV's.

2006 Hyundai Santa Fe

Old style Hyndai Santafe
Driven 100000 plus miles on it already and planning to drive another 100000 on it for another 5 years. It drives good in Michigan road in winter on a virgin snow of up to 4 inches.

2013 Hyundai Santa Fe

Reliability with Comfortability
When first purchased, never having had a Hyundai before, I was hesitant. Not with regards to the car itself, as it was attractive to the eye, but I had never had one before (But many spoke highly of it.) My trust was well placed. It was reliable to a fault (my having driven it for three years now and not one has it failed), it is good on gas, comfortable to drive and yes, a little fun. Lots of room for family and friends, and best of all, the technology from Blu Tooth to reverse camera and connectivity to my phone. I cannot speak higher of any car, but I can say, it is worth the money and the ownership.

This vehicle was purchased brand new, within three weeks it was diagnosed with a faulty transmission. Very disappointing. Issues just continued from there.

Reliable
Always been very reliable, never left me stranded. No issues other than standard maintenance. As far as fuel, I can only compare by my two suv's so in fuel economy this one is better by 25%.

2007 Hyundai Santa Fe

The best SUV for the money!
We bought this car 9 years ago and it has been nothing but the pleasure to drive this very reliable car, especially in the bitter Canadian winter. The interior and exterior are beautiful! when you take it into the consideration that the Santa Fe earned the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's (IIHS) 2007 Top Safety Pick award, a designation given to just 20 other cars. Consumer magazine has said "This is the best SUV for the money. " It has been nine years and I am confident that it will last another 9 with no problem what so ever!

2009 Hyundai Santa Fe

Nice, but terribly unreliable in 70,000 km. Don't buy 3.3l V6
I bought my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited new. It now has 70,000 km on it. I have had to replace the MAF sensor, two steering racks, an axle, the valve cover seals and worst of all, a $2500 repair for the front engine seal. There is a big plate on the front of the engine that Hyundai seals with silicone, not a gasket, and it fails - check the Internet!
Everything else is pretty good. There are a lot of features for the money and it is comfortable to drive. It is too bad it is so unreliable, as I have owned three Hyundai's previously that were very reliable.

Its a Beauty!
Wonderfully reliable vehicle. Recommended as an inexpensive great on fuel and insure inexpensively type car. Very good handling and with the V6 a lot of power!

2009 Hyundai Santa Fe

Great Used Car
I've had the suv just over a year now, bought in Jan 2015. No problems whatsoever. AWD works perfect in winter. The stereo is a bit poor so I replaced it myself - a bit of a big project as all the dash trim all the way from the passenger side had to come off first - but got er done. Only problem I've had is the hand pump for the drivers seat leaks slowly - I have to pump it up every other day.

I had the car for a year now and had no problems with it so car. decent on gas considering its a 2004 model. Plenty of power and great in the winter. Would definitely recommend this car to a friend.

EXCELLENT vehicle!
I absolutely love this SUV! This is my second one, and I love the comfort, reliability and gas mileage. It handles very well and has sufficient power under the hood to tow a boat or trailer of any kind. It is fantastic for a family and the limited edition comes very well equipped for such a reasonable price!

2008 Hyundai Santa Fe

Amazing adventure vehicle
We traveled throughout the western provinces with a canoe and bicycles in tow. Was completely reliable and allowed us to do everything we wanted. Highly recommend buying one.
