Honda Pilot 2003-2017Change

I have really enjoyed Pilot for about five years and am selling it because I have decided to get a family van. Honda cars in general are very reliable and Pilot has been my third Honda and I found it to be most strong and versatile. It is very comfortable to drive and very reliable, especially in snowy long winter in Ontario! The only downside to Pilot or any SUV is the fuel efficiency. But if you are looking for the most reliable, comfortable and strong SUV, I highly recommend Pilot!

Purchased a used 2006 Honda Pilot EX, 3.5L, V6, 5-spd, 54,000 miles in 2012. My first Honda EVER after owning GM/Ford products. I researched this model in depth & found great ratings & high resale values. I also queried strangers driving Honda Pilots. None had ANY negative comments & ALL said they'd purchase a Honda again; that convinced me! It's been 8 years & my odometer reads 120000 - runs like the day I bought it. Unlike my prior GMs/Fords, my Honda has never seen the inside of a repair shop - EVER. I maintain my vehicles regularly. My Honda has more than proven it's quality, value, & reliability. It's Honda for me from now till eternity!

The Honda Pilot has been great for our family and I look forward to getting another when when our family is ready for the transition from the Odyssey to the Pilot. To all the Honda owners you know how great a brand Honda is and if you havent owned a Honda then what are you waiting for. Once you one one you will have a hard time switching to anything else.

Very dependable, no mechanical problems despite 300K+ kms. Great mobility in all seasons, including winter in rural Canada. Roomy, comfortable and quiet. Excellent cargo capacity and seats up to 8 people. A good family car. Bought my first car in 1973, bought this one new in 2005. Its easily the best vehicle I've ever owned.

a two week trip from ontario through the maritimes was absolutely wonderful in this car! plenty of room for passengers and cargo, and of course, the numerous purchases on the road. made the entire trip without a hitch, and was always comfortable and safe.

Drives exceptional, quiet, and superb traction even in these wintery roads. Very comfortable. I had the pleasure of driving the Honda pilot in various conditions and i have to say that it exceeded my expectations by far. Not to mention that it has enough cargo room for just about anything you can think of throwing in it.

The final year of the pilot line before major changes in 2015 has seen Honda really polish this final year. Best for room and fuel economy its a great ride.

Amazing drive, comfortable seating, best enginer performance and happy family. Use as a car, or SUV or van - all depends on our needs. we make it 8 seater or 5 seater as we need.

For the little time that I had on the road. Real good handling, great ride, exceptional comfort. Put on over 8000kms this past May on a US tour to Portland, LA and Vegas in one single trip and loved it!

This vehicle has been a great ride. The functionality and versatility of the Honda Pilot is hard to beat. Plenty of interior accessories including 12V plug in access throughout. Great for camping or for taking a road trip. The family will love it.

This my second Honda as it has been such a reliable vehicle.

I have had many vehicles over the years and got tiered of all the costs to fix and maintain them. I finally invested a little more money for a better quality vehicle a (HONDA) and loved it. With a large family it paid off in every way. So after years of diving the Odyssey, it was time for a new vehicle and there was no questioned what I was going to invest my money in another HONDA. I bought a 2007 Honda Pilot and its been great! I feel safe when I am driving my Honda even when I travel for days at a time cross country. I have been from Canada to Arizona more then once with my Hondas have never let me down. My main concern was reliability, that it would not leave me stranded like the other vehicles of the past have done. It's also great on gas with the newer VCM and super quiet. It looks great too! It's worth the little extra cost for huge saving for the long haul!

This car fits all of a family's needs. It is fun to drive and very functional. The car is also extremely reliable. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Easy to drive with 8 people capacity. The best shape ever in Honda Pilot Series. Great fuel economy and reliability.

This Pilot has been awesome for our family. We are the original owners of this vehicle. It provides extra seating in the back to take extra passengers with comfort; when taking kids to Soccer it is a must! Trips were quiet with the Entertainment system and the wireless headphones were a bonus. Leather seats made it easy to keep clean. Especially in our winters the safety feature of 4WD ensured the safety for my family and gave me peace of mind.

This Pilot has been awesome for our family. I am the original owner. It carried 3 car seats and extra seating in the back to take extra passengers with comfort. Long trips were quiet with the Entertainment system. Leather seats made it easy to keep clean. There was no question of whether or not to pack extra stuff, because there is SO much room. We could just Take-and-go. in the winter I have had the safety feature of 4WD to ensure safety for my family. I have only serviced it at Honda, which gave me a peace of mind about safety for my family. It was just serviced again on May 9th. I have kept all records, so you know exactly what has been done.

Having compromised with a Honda CR-V EX-L for the last 3 years I was so happy to make the shift up to the Pilot. The ride quality and space are awesome, the fuel economy is about 1-2l/100km worse than the CR-V but on the motorway it does 10l/100km without any effort at 110km/hr. The kids love the Rear Entertainment System and although it has a cost for this option I now think it was totally worth it vs using portable DVD/iPad players. The 2013 Pilot is a solid truck, great family vehicle and has the standard Honda benefits of high residual and reliability. I love my Honda Pilot !

There is nothing exciting about the Pilot. The leather interior is plain. The interior is all the same colour with no accents. The exterior is a box with again zero style which for some is what they would like.
Now that being stated the Pilot is a Honda. It works and is very dependable. We have 138,000km and never a worry. No problem with three kids in the back seat as there is plenty of space.
It does suffer tremendous understeer on snow covered roads so winter tires are a must! (i am a firm believer in winters anyway)

hard to beat Honda quality, I would buy another one again, perfect safe family vehicle, very low care needed, great in the snow, dvd system is awesome, huge sunroof, rides high on the road so provides excellent visibility.

This was replacement for a minivan, it has been perfect for us.
We are now looking to g down in size and will be looking at another Honda product
Nice smooth ride, perfect in the winter, safe and comfortable.
The 3rd row is very comfortable which is the main reason we went with the Pilot, now a full size SUV but feels like it, without the extra gas.
