Honda Odyssey 1995-2017Change

We r proud owners of 2011 odyssey touring. Always drives smooth. Perfect for driving in any kind of weather due to the excellent stability of the vehicle. Rear entertainment is very promising. Seats 8 passengers comfortably.

Beware models with the CD tracks built in behind the navigation screen. Poor design.
Bought 2007 Odyssey Touring van in 2012 from dealer. Very soon, navigation screen wouldn't open, therefore no working navigation system! A few weeks later, navigation screen opened with the button and is functioning; however we don't close screen for fear it won't open again, therefore we can't use CD player behind the screen. We were able to play a CD in the DVD slot; however, recently we had the battery boosted (owner's fault) and since then, the DVD slot doesn't work, therefore no CD, no DVD!
Called HONDA Customer Relations soon after we bought the van and they were TOTALLY unsympathetic - we didn't buy Extended Warranty. (After all, the "Touring" model is all about the nav. and entertainment system).
Another chronic problem with the two vans we have is the driver's doors will hardly stay in place when opened to the maximum.
Without the nav. problems, I would rate the Odyssey close to a 5. We have two Odysseys and may buy another.

No problems at all in 12 years. Tons of room, good fuel economy and lots of power on the highway. Very reliable and comfortable.

I have only had this vehicle for two years but I have enjoyed driving it on the highway and city. The gas economy is amazing with eco, which saves on gas automatically.

Very happy with Honda products and this van did not disappoint. It handles and performs the same as when it was new. Your family will enjoy this van just the same. Now moving into and suv.

Drove it to Georgia for a holiday last week for 10 days, and despite the mileage it was like driving a new one.

Honda Reliability is an industry standard. I have owned three Honda's and have been thoroughly satisfied with all of them. Most of the money spent on this Odyssey has been routine maintenance. This vehicle has given us six years and 150,000 kms of great service. Only selling it to get to a newer model.

Just a great van great for kids & families everyone has there own space plus passengers can control there own heat & a/c...The power this van has with Honda V-tech engine is unbelievable, you might have your eye on other cheaper vans, but watch the Km's & I'm very fussy with my vehicles remember.

Great fuel economy, huge storage space, best for city/highway driving, ample legroom for second and third row passengers, even adults can sit comfortably in the third row seat on long drives, third row seat can be flattened to create huge storage space, middle row seats can be easily removed for additional storage space.

Luxury van with entertainment system. Awesome drive. Great for long drives and very comfortable with heated seats and mirrors.This is the best minivan I have ever had.

Title says it all!!! Got the van as a company lease...a little out of my price range BUT may buyout at the end of the lease if I can swing it.

It may not be obvious by this review, but I don't give 5 stars easily because there's always something that could be better. However, with this vehicle I am rating it against what's available out there (not what "could be").
I've had the van for 2 years, put about 78,000km on it and I don't regret my purchase one bit.
Pros: We do about half and half highway/city and since we bought it we've averaged an 8.9L/100km. We recently returned from a 15,000km road trip crossing 4 timezones with 2 adults and 4 kids and it was a comfortable and reliable way to travel. Lots of cargo space. I highly recommend the seat covers - they are a life saver with kids. Entertainment system is very useful on long trip or when parked at the grocery store with dad (waiting for mom).
Cons: The stock Continental tires only lasted 35,000km which was disappointing (but there's no rating for that specifically). The music hard drive could be larger - with all the kids' CDs it gets filled up pretty quick. Probably my biggest complaint (because I have to deal with it so often) is the speaker volume at the back. I have to use Fase to set the sound 100% to the back and crank it to 90% volume just for the kids to hear anything sometimes. It would also be nice if the volume automatically faded to the front when a call comes through via bluetooth.

if u don't want to spend money on luxury but u want reliability of a vehicle then this is the mini van u need I drove it for 6 year not a single time ever it stop on the road while I took it to Wisconsin up and down non stop 1000 km and I drove it to quebec and back

I never had problem with this vehicle. My family loves it, specially the kids. It has DVD with wireless headphones and a remote controller so it is good for long drives.

This car never give me problem! It is well maintained and is regularly service at TNT Honda! Me and my family loves it, specially the kids because of the DVD with wireless headphones and a remote!

This car has given us 10 years of great experiences. The leather seats, DVD entertainment system, and the reliability make this a perfect family vehicle.

This is my first Honda and I am in love with it! It is a safe car for my family and very reliable! I have had many trips of 10 hours non-stop driving and this car has handled it with ease! The fuel consumption is 9.9L/100 km on highway!

I am just selling this car because I now need a smaller car otherwise I would keep it forever!

This is a beautiful family van. They ride like a luxury sedan and handle as well. Good fuel economy. Great dependability. I like the Traction Control feature. A friend of mine, who is a GM mechanice swears by these Odysseys and considers the Traction Control feature superior to the All Wheel drive feature of other mini vans. My friend has an older Odyssey with 500000KM on it!

Odyssey 2007 have option of 8 seats, even with 8 people in it, the van feels very spacious from inside and never looses power.
Great for long drives and family get togethers

I have a 2011 Odyssey and have been taken for a ride 3 times now:
1 Wife locked keys in van - service provider was unable to locate van.
2 Wife again locked keys in van - had to have van towed to dealer since provider was unable to unlock van
3 someone broke into van by breaking passenger window - alarm was activated yet failed to go off.
Don't sell a product you can't stand behind !

This car has served our family well for many years.....now that the kids are older we no longer need a vehicle that will accommodate seven people.

I had my 2003 Honda Odyssey for almost 11 years. The van gave me no trouble at all. Very reliable. All I needed to do was fill her up and drive. Of course I had to do the regular maintenance. The ride was comfortable. The car is powerful responses well to your driving demands. The cargo area a huge and can carry a lot of things. Well, I just sold it and will be buying another Odyssey.
