Ford Focus 2000Change

Since we bought that car our life became so much imple.
We tough we would have so many problem with a used car but in the final so far the only thing we have changed is a beering.
So after all for a 2000 this car is confortable, luxurious, stable and mechanic is still good and cheap if you need to do some repair.
Color of the interior might be a little bit awckward with only tint of beige but its the only thing bad i have to say about the model. I like Ford alot and will probably go for another focus when that one gave up on us. If you are wondering if a old Ford Focus is the ride for you just remember this. Its reliable even after 17 years.

I cannot believe the fuel economy on this car!! I can go from border west to border east windsor and only use $3 in gas!! This car has proven its worth!! I will admit - it only has 190,000 kms on it so that's probably why its still really reliable!!

i have nothing but good things to say this car . no major repairs were done to it and its still running perfect

Had the 5 speed wagon. good performance, Had an extended warranty which replaced the transmission. Other than that it was about average in cost of repairs.
Body rust and frame rust killed vehicle at 197,00km Not covered by Ford.

My Focus is on Ford - I have a 2000 Ford Focus and I give this car a rating of 5/5. It has excellent performance, fuel economy, reliability with great exterior styling. Aside from routine maintenance on the car it runs like a charm and has an excellent heating system that warms up really quick. Though it is 13 years old I anticipate it will endure another 2 - 3 years. When the time comes for a new car I will be focused on Ford.

This car was purchased used by my sister. Her family expanded, so I took it over. It was a nice little ride, the color was a dusty blue . It was an automatic, and to me, it seemed like a very feminine vehicle. However, she did require TLC about every 6 months. My auto trader experience was directly from the commercial! I was at a stop light, music going, feeling good. Look over next to me, and an elderly gentleman was in the exact same car! Color, model, everything. I totally laughed to myself and immediately thought of the commercial.
This car did me well, I did a lot of travelling between my city and a neighboring town. One day at the gas station, it would not turn over and made a horrific grinding noise. I had to towed to my garage, to find out that the piston broke :( She was put down. R.I.P..

My experience with this car was great! I drive 3km to work 3 times a week for almost a year now and only the timing belt has gone on it.

I have had a great experience with this car. The gas mileage is unparallel to any car I've ever owned. $42 goes 400kms!!!! The stereo system sounds awesome and easy to use. The drive is smooth yet the horsepower can be lagging. Grat I. The highway and bumper to bumper. Low maintenance, no issues, great drive. The trunk space is massive. I have moved many items back and forth and taken car on camping trips on the weekends. Why don't I still drive it??? It's a 2000 Ford Focus and I got a promotion :)

Car was ok but like almost every spilt port 2L this one left me hanging on a major commuter route blocking traffic. No warning just dead. also the fan controll only worked on low unless u held it

my experience with the ford focus was great. i really enjoy driving the caar. it drives very smooth and it good on the road. there is lots of room. the car is reliable and needs minimal maintence. this car help save money on gas.

Was fine until valve seat dropped, Car was ok to drive not very exciting when the pedal was pressed but it was a ford

the car works great and great on gas verry nice inside lots of power and not a problume with the vicheal love the look of the car i repainted it gray and just got all the brakes done over cost me 400 bucks but it was wourth it to fix the rocker pannels on it and get ready for mvi i didnt pay to much for the car i got it for a gift from my mom and dad for my birthday and will see lota of driveing

i bought my ford focus wagon used with 64,000 kilometers on it about six years ago and today it is still kicking around besides the fact that the aleternator keeps messing up and my car wont turn on half the time, this is my third alternator in this car, seems as though the my focus has some issues. Other then that the car has over 280,000 kilometers.

I bought this car used with low kilometers on it but sence iv ownd it it has been nothing but trouble. i have never had so much trouble with a vehicle the automatic doors and windows have all broken at sompoint. my timeing belt and fule filter and many other various parts have been replaced. this will be the last newer ford vehicle i buy again.

I have been driving this ford focus wagon for more than a year now, initially i didnt think much of it but have now come to appreciate how good it is. with over 360000 kilometers on it you would think it would be a liability but thats not the case, it is reliable and great on gas, less than 30 dollars a month and i drive daily to school and back. it starts everytime winter or summer, and has had only one minor repair, and it was inexpensive. I am genuinely impressed with this car and would recommend to anyone to buy one.

i love this car because i think its oone of the only ones that still come in standard which is one of my favorites of all time...you cant beat a standard or manual transmission

It's important to point out that I bought this car in 2012. Still, my Ford Focus 2000 didn't last for long. About two month after my purchase, the lower control arm on the passager's front wheel literally broke in arm because of rust.

But at last I didn't pay much for it, and I could practice my manual steering.

Not a good experience for a first car, but I was still able to practice manual steering a lot during those two month.

This car can handle all kinds of roads and weather. It's comfortable and stylish. The trunk is massive and can transport much more than what you'd expert. This focus trim came with extensive safety features not seen in other 2000 models, such as seat airbags. The leather seats are easy to clean and don't wear like fabric.

I bought this car used as a daily driver about 3 years ago. It’s been great on gas. The 4 cylinder has not given me any trouble.

It’s roomy, comfortable and a great economical vehicle.
