This vehicle has been a good family vehicle. It give you lots of room and comfort. GREAT for traveling.

Very good van for transporting people and able to pick up any size item at any store at the drop of a hat. Has been a very good van.

This car has been nothing but a comfortable ride for the family. it is an extended car which means it has extra storage. it fits easily baby stroller, shopping bags and kids activity gear. bought brand new for manufacture. had no accident previously and really well maintained.

I find it very useful and easy to adapt to different needs. Can be easily converted for delivery or passenger vehicle. Mechanically the car is reliable, performs very well and is not a gas guzzler

Versatile, reliable and comfortable! This mini van has played many roles. From road trips to d.i.y trips to and from the hardware store, this van can do it all. Will carry a family of seven comfortably. Extra large cargo capacity will carry kids hockey equipment or camping supplies with room to spare. Built like a truck, but handles and fuel consumption like a car. Interior upholstery very durable. Perfect starter mini van for an active family.

It has a great look for a van. It was nice driving that van on the highway. It is pretty good on gas on the high way too, we were really impressed. However, its definitely not so good on gas when driving in the city. I like the interior design and how it is so roomy. Over all it was a good decent car, probably one of those we had no bad surprise after buying it. Most of the money spent on it was for maintenance or part that needed to be changed after a few years of used.

You will find this a practical everyday vehicle, with continued scheduled maintenance.
Knowing you feel secure, will give you the comforts of carrying those that are precious.
After starting the vehicle, you will notice the delivery of warm air to the cabin is astonishing time.

The ride of this car is very smooth and it is very good for family use.
it includes working DVD/LCD which makes your trip more entertaining. Very Good in fuel economy

Vehicle has been very reliable for us. It has a powerful v6 engine which could easily tow although we never have. Our daughter really enjoys the dvd entertainment system! Very comfortable to drive, and excellent visibility.

I was a 100% import guy, nothing but Honda and Toyota in my years of car ownership. In 06 we needed a van. Period. My budget was very limited as we recently had bought our first home. Bottom line was a well appointed Honda Odessey or Toyota Sienna was $9-11,000 MORE than what I paid for our fully loaded Uplander. I bought the Versatrack AWD model with leather and DVD, the 3,9 V6. I thought it would do us for a few years. Well, We just traded it at 246,000 kms, in this time the biggest repair was front end work at the 160k mark (ball joints, strut, tie rods) this vehicle is extremely cheap to maintain and proved to be very durable. I was simply amazed at how little we spent to keep it on the road for all these KM's, basicaly oil change and tune ups! If you need inexpensive family transport you cant go wrong here. P.S- we bought a 2013 chev tahoe and love it so far!

Things wrong with our 2005 Uplander we bought new within 5 years of owning it:
Tailgate no longer works, the hydraulics are gone.
The rear wiper no longer works, motor is shot.
The cruise control stopped working after 3 years.
The FOBs no longer work(both of them and with new batteries)
The ABS sensor started acting up after 3 years, it was replaced and there is still something wrong that the light keeps coming on and disables the ABS.
The engine sometimes doesn't start without applying gas, it sputters.
Worst vehicle I have ever owned, I will never buy a GM car again. Fit and finish was horrible, the seats rattle and the trim was pealing from the start.
Can't wait until this thing is gone.

this is a 2006 chevrolet uplander. this is a good vehicle for a large family. it is a burgundy van.

Owner for five years and it has served its purpose commuting family and friends...camping included. It seats 7 for a quick trip, and the seats are removable (a bit of a heavier task than the Dodge Carvan's stowaway seatintg).
With brand new tires it is a smooth ride for all passengers. One day I can see this van being an afforable cargo van.

I have had this van for about 6 years. I have had no trouble with it. I gave it 3 in fuel economy because there is much to improve on, but it is like the norm for that class of vehicle. I would highly reccommend this vehicle for whoever wants the extra space of a mini-van.

This vehicle takes me and my family where ever we have to go without concern. The only downside to it, would have to be the fuel mileage. I would recommend getting one if its near the price range of 15,000$.

I have owned this vehicle from new and have had no real problems with it. There are 2 things that I don't really like .The first thing is the 2 middle seats have no arm rests , so there isn't that feeling of safety , the second thing is I don't think it's well insolated because when you are driving in the rain you can hear the road and it's a bit annoying. That being said I have been quite satisfied with this vehicle and would probably purchase another one if I still need 7 seats.

Vehicle has been reliable for local and long distance trips. Outside of standard maintenance, brakes, and oil changes we have had no problems.

Smooth ride, lots of space for families and loading stuff around.

Very reliable for the first 4 years. Then had overheating problems and the part that needed replacing was under warranty which was good, but the other issues that were caused by that part not working were not under warranty therefore it cost me $1100. to get it fixed. Then I had to get the plugs replaced which cost me over $800. All this before it was even 5 years old. The fuel economy is horrible. I've had it at the dealership 3 times to get the rattle in the back hatch fixed and it still rattles.

This is a wonderful minivan. It does the job of transporting a large family. How ever it can be a pain for a 6'4" teen to ride in a back seat full of children (not enough any room). but other than that, the door seals falling off and the car getting confused and calling the doors jars its a good car.

this van takes me where ever i need to go but costs alot for fuel.when ever i go out, my van carries all personal with ease.we get around 23mpg driving at the speed limit in the city and 29mpg on the highway. which is decent when carrying alot of weight.

Good for driving around the city and great on highway gas mileage. This vehicle is a very good buy for those looking for a fuel efficient minivan. The only drawback is the poor towing capability for a vehicle this size.I would and have recommended this vehicle to my friends. Great car.

takes more gas the older it gets.slowly more things break. the auto powered door keeps breaking. the abs sensor keep disableing, the car doesent start sometimes has alot of problems will not recomend this van to anyone

I've owned a number of Montana's and Uplanders. They have been the best all around van to own. For the cost of the van and the cost of maintenance, I've always got the best bang for my dollar. I liked the no frills aspect of the vehicle, less toys, less to fix in the long run.

Good on gas and is easy to drive for a van, also has great styling and is great for fitting the whole family, including the dog!
