Toyota RAV4 2010Change

Classic Toyota reliability and respectable gas mileage with this vehicle. The vehicle feels a bit light and tinny but the decent gas mileage is helped by it. Acceleration is ok with this vehicle and it takes corners well. Style is still sharp even after seven years.
Overall, a reliable vehicle that will serve you well.

Awesome vehicle. The thing has so much power it's like it's wagging its tail. I pull a 2500lb boat in summer and live in snowy/icy Red Deer. Fuel economy way better than you'd expect. Transmission responsive. Pulled the boat back from Maine to Alberta one year (yes 4500 km) and was gleefully roaring past 18 wheelers on small, narrow highways at speeds I daren't admit to. Real shame they no longer do a V6 Rav cos I'd like a new one after 140,000 km in 4 years.

Only gripes. Aux input for audio system doesn't work properly and costs $150 to replace (a common fault I believe) and the cruise control switch has failed and will cost $300 to fix. Sport suspension a bit much when my bad back is hurting (wished I'd got the limited model).

This vehicle is practical and fuel efficient - suitable for all season's that we experience in Alberta. The interior's are spacious and well designed along with a rear mounted spare tire allows ample cargo space. The 3rd row seating = the more the merrier!

Great on the road with fuel efficiency. The 4WD comes in handy during the winter, especially with its powerful V6 engine.
The rare edition of having a 3rd. Row (7 seaters) makes it as functional as a van.

Very reliable. Good fuel economy. Really enjoy driving this vehicle. Have travelled from Vancouver to Whitehorse and back again twice. Been back and forth to Edmonton from Vancouver several times. Never had any problems and was comfortable the whole time.

We have owned the Toyota Rav 4 Limited for 3.5 years now. It is very reliabile and fantastic on fuel. For a 2.5 liter- 4 cylinder engine it has lots of get up and go. We are on the highway quite often and gas millage is great. Going to miss that driving our new Toyota Highlander V6.

Decent car, not spectacular but reliable. Does not look too great and is pretty basic. There is a third row but it is not very spacious. It isn't really useable unless you are a small child or are very small. Another annoying feature is that the trunk opens out to the side which can be annoying and inconvenient. One of the positives is the gas mileage, which is relatively good. Another positive is that the inside of the car has a lot of space. It doesn't accelerate very quickly but it handles alright. Not an exciting car to drive. Overall it is simplistic, but functional.

Nice interior and comfortable. It has quick engine and it has quick braking power. Its interior is a nice sporty design.

The Toyota RAV4 is the best hybrid ever. it's amazing space inside but small exterior is un matched by other companies. I really like this vehicle.

This veh starts in all weather conditions, it runs like a kitten, the V6 has enough power to leave anyone behind you when you need it, the comfort is great, and I love how toyota takes care of every little detail, from coin placement to sun glasses, small cabinets and trunk space, just an overall AWESOME car!!

I love my Rav4! We have the front wheel drive, base model. It's great on gas and hasn't had anything wrong with it since we bought it new.

We have twin toddlers and this car is big enough for the four of us and our dog. The infant car seats fit fantastically and they are now using forward facing 3-in-1's (which are huge!) and there is still a ton of room!

It's a small detail but we especially love the little hidden cubby compartment in the back; we store all of our groceries in there if we have to leave the dog alone in the car for a second.

Wouldn't trade this car in for anything!

I love the style and look of the Rav 4
Its performance is top of the line with good fuel economy.
So far i have had no problems with my car , and hear nothing about recalls on the model.This is a big stress reviler knowing i can rely on my car not to break down or have any problems in the middle of traffic

Great car. Performance in the snow and ice is really good. Have not had any issues with mechanical in the 2.5 years 60,000 kilometers of owning.
Should of bought the V6, most of my driving is highway.

Safe & reliable. I don't have a family though so I am selling my RAV4. It's spacious & comfortable. Fits many people and is a safe car. Interior and exterior design is great!

Dependable car never had a had a problem. disappointed with the fuel consumption. great space for the family and packing in lots of luggage, boxes and renovation supplies

Nice vehicle to ride in . . . great on gasoline . . . comfortable seating, easy access to seat belts. Very nice air conditioning, and heating as well.

Driving feels very comfortable. I love the design and it has a big range of colours that i can choose from. The company, Toyota, ensures my safety by providing check-ups for my car and fixing all cars immediately when they find an issue within the car. Toyota is my favourite type.

I really love the ride of the RAV4 not too big, not too small. The ride is nice and smooth the only thing tat I have negative to say is the gas mileage isn't the greatest.

This 4Runner is a former Toyota Company car. It is the Limited Pkg with factory Navigation and includes all smart keys, manuals and documents from new.

it does drift quite nice though

Toyota is loosing it's quality trademark. They're not building cars as good as they used to. On a highway interier is loud and noisy. Does not block noise well.

The Rav4 is well built and designed. It is comfortable with lots of useable interior space. The drivers seat could use a little more travel. The major neg. pts. are a very touchy accelerator pedal from a stopped position, spongy brakes and poor gas mileage which does not match the government numbers what so ever.
