Toyota RAV4 2005Change

runs like new, since always. I have only ever ran out of gas, and that was from gas station. Not the RAV

Equally at home on city streets and logging roads (and off-road, I'm told, but I haven't tested that).

In 2006, Toyota started making the RAV4 much bigger and heavier, and in the process turned it into just another unwieldy monster SUV. The 2005 model year marked the high point for the RAV4. It has airbags, stability control, and all the features you'd really want, but none of the bloat that showed up in later years.

Never had any trouble with it at all.

The 4 cylinder Rav4 is great on gas, drives really well, fits lots of gear and is still great for in town errands and highway excursions. There have been more issues with the Rav4 since it was redesigned in 2006 and turned into the V6 model, but this 2005 is a great car.

I have owned my Rav4 for many years now. I absolutely love it. It is great on gas because it is a 4 cylinder and it amazing in the snow.
I have been sure to keep up with the regular maintenance and have never encountered any mechanical issues with the car.
If you are looking for a small SUV I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Bought this 4x4 used and has exceeded my expectations! Great on gas and quite reliable for a 7 year old suv. the interior is a little small but manageable.
