2007 Toyota Camry

Great Reliable Car
I've had my Camry for 8 years now. It has never broken down, and I've never had any problems. I feel safe in the car and its got quite a lot of pick up. The build quality is pretty good. I'm definitely considering another Toyota.

Terrible Fuel and Oil Consumption.
Its a known issue on the Web. Search for "Camry 2007 Oil consumption" on Google. I feel Toyota let down the consumers on this regard. I own a 2007 Camry and my vehicle consumes entire tank of oil before i drive 1000 km. i had taken the vehicle through numerous troubleshooting and no help whatsoever from the Toyota dealer on this regard. A failure model from Toyota.
Avoid the 2007 Camry!

No Mechanical problems whatsoever
I have driven this car for over eight years and have never had any mechanical problems. I can see why the Camry has been the number one selling sedan in North America for over six years.

Wonderful car
I am a Toyota Fan. This is my second camry and the reasons why I chose it are comfort, refinement and reliability. Its a great car overall, great on gas, easy and cheap to maintain, and I always feel safe in this vehicle.The only complain to this car is no 7 seats available in camry.

Why Toyota Camry is the top selling mid size car in North America
I bought my Camry new and still have it in 2014. It has never given me any mechanical problems. I bought new tires in 2013 and a battery in 2014 and with the exception of regular oil change I have not spent a dime on this car. It also has a very peppy four cylinder engine that is used in the hybrid model.

Best Car In Year 2007
This is the best car in its class and year for 2007. If car is mechanically sound and runs well you can take it up to 500,000 - 1,000,000 km

More important than looks is how the car runs, and this year Toyota camry is great, some people are taking advantage of this great car and charging so much more at the dealers.

If you find one then you are lucky

its a excellent ride to own.
This car is as reliable as it gets. It has a smooth ride and even an overdrive gear for passing when you need extra power. It is fully loaded and has air conditioning for summer and heated seats for those winter drives. I've had no issues with the car and it even has a new set of front brakes (just changed from original brakes -- now that's durability!)

This car is very smooth to drive. Interior is very very quite. Driving position is very good and also forward visibility is great. This car has regenerative braking not only it charges batteries while braking also you won't need to replace brake pads or rotors for very long time. Very little maintenance required. Very well kept. Good quality material used by Toyota in these Hybrid cars.

Classy Sporty Ride
Fun to drive and extremely well rated. This car gives you a sporty handling comfortable ride. Safety is top rated and Toyota Camry is renowned for their reliability and safety. 6.3L/100km (45+ mpg) makes for economy in todays high fuel prices. Serviced to Toyota maintenance schedule. Great car all around.

Fantastic
The most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. Nice smooth quiet ride. Great on fuel. One of the benefits of a hybrid is its cold weather starting ability. The motor is not started with the little 12v battery like most other vehicles. It uses the large 240 volt battery. So cold cranking amps aren't even an issue. Turns over and starts fine even when not plugged in.

Comfort ride with so-so reliability
Car has 100000 km
Pros: Roomy car with very comfortable ride and OK fuel economy.
Cons: Reliability.
Replaced water pump, couple time rear suspension bushings, front shocks and mounts. At 45000 km engine started burning oil and it was rebuilt in 2011 (60000km,under warranty). Annoying rattles and squeaks in dashboard.

Avoid 2007-2009 models with 2.4L AZ-FE engine. Seems like significant amount of them may have a problem with burning oil.

This car has highway miles as lady works in London and drives there 5 days per week. Never an issue, always maintained regularly. New tires, brakes and oiled!

Economic luxury
I have owned my Camry Hybrid for 5 years now and it has been an excellent car. It's quiet ride, comfortable interior combined with a refined hybrid system make this vehicle an awesome city driver. It's combined 187hp gives you plenty of power if you need it but you get the monster fuel economy of around 7L/100km for both city and highway. My only complaint is the trunk space is quite limited due to the hybrid battery system. Overall, this is a top-notch vehicle that combines the creature comforts of leather, heated seats and sunroof, with the fuel-misery of a hybrid system.
