Toyota Camry 1992Change

I like driving this car a lot. I bought this car from a woman that didn't care for it at 289K in Nov 2013 but after I finished replacing a few things: (fr. and bk. struts, control arms, brakes and rotors, spark plugs, wiper blades, fixed wiper arm, tires and front and rear windshields) It was a very reliable car that took me from Toronto-Oakville regularly. I still need to replace the valve cover gaskets and both cam and crank seals leaking oil, main drive belt, wheel bearing (frt. driver's side noisy) and intermediate steering shaft, do a 2nd transmission flush, and coolant flush. A $2000 job for the dealer to repair. However, gas is around $85 for 4.5 round trips to Oakville (568Kms). Not bad for a luxury sedan, but I'll need to downsize unfortunately. and will buy a smaller sedan instead by next month. FYI: Check for oil leaks and smells through the vents, listen to the car at high speeds for noise.

A very good model indeed, though the looks may be a bit off from today's standards. The fuel efficiency is about average so don't expect it to save you dollars from it. However, overall it has great performance and is great for everyday usage.

After 20 years this car still rides comfortably. The mechanics are sound. It is amazing. If it ever stops, I'm getting another one. The interior has stood the test of time. The style has lasted.

Love love love this car!! It is now 21 1/2 years old and it still looks and runs like new. Has to be one of the best models Toyota ever produced......and I still see all kinds of them on the road.

I own this car for about 3 months. However in during this tenure I really fell in love with the comfort that this car offers. The interior size is large and I had the version that had a sunroof. Sunroof are really cool, it's a must have feature! Performance was not so great in this car because it's an old one. But overall, it's a great ride!
