Pontiac Montana 2008Change

This vehicle is a people mover! Up to 7 at a time. Space for everyone. Easy to get into and out of. It has been great on the highway and the city causes me no concerns. I have trailered with it and also a 5 bike carrier. That makes a great combo package. I like how when I sit in it, I can see above the other vehicles to stay in control of my driving experience. Routine maintenance has kept this vehicle solid for over 225,000 kms and still going strong. Gas mileage, not spectacular but not a hog, either! Very satisfied with this vehicle keeping me moving forward and safely back home again.

I enjoy this minivan. I like and don't like the layout of the vehicle. I wish the rear seats would fold completely down into the floor, and that the middle bucket seats were moveable. Not a huge fan of the exterior of the vehicle. Otherwise, the vehicle is working out pretty good for us.

My experience with this vehical, is that it is a family Van. Got my family everywhere. Its very reliable, it has space, and comfort.

I have been very disappointed with this minivan. As a mom of 3, I have had minivans for years; but I have never had one with so little room! The Montana feels very cheap, and mine has electrical bugs (sensors saying there are problems that are not really there). But the biggest problem is the lack of room! If you buy more than a couple bags of groceries, you need to fold down a backseat to fit them in. There is very little leg room in the backseats, which is more and more problematic as my kids grow. Also, if you do any winter driving, turn traction control OFF. Such a useless function, since it keeps the tires from turning properly in the snow.
Really the Montana is almost too small to be a practical family vehicle, despite having 7 seatbelts.
