Mazda Mazda6 2007Change

We bought this vehicle because my husband really wanted a V6 for better performance and it was important to us to have a vehicle with a decent amount of storage which the Mazda6 definitely delivers on. To be honest, while the engine sounds pretty nice and the drive is comfortable I am unimpressed by the handling and I find the car often feels heavy. We have also had to do significant repair work on this vehicle, replacing the transmission at 100,000 miles. I'm not in a rush to by a Mazda again.

i loved every minute i spent in my mazda6.. gorgeous car.. loved th acceleration, grip, sport look of the car. super cheap on gas too. the car is really safe. lots of room for the passengers. Power window and door locks. Great on gas, attractive and sporty looking. Handles very well when driving. Small yet versatile, quiet and smooth ride. Inexpensive to upkeep.

This car is without a doubt the best car to get as it is good on gas, comfy & an all around good car. Best of luck to the one who nabs this one off the market :-)

It is like a dream and is very comfortable and reliable. The automatic transmission with manual option makes it fun to drive and it handles great. Personally had no problems with it rain or shine (or snow). Would be enthusiastic for a student but is comfortable enough for a family. Most of the kilometers are from summer. The performance on highway is great. All around great car with lots of recent maintenance.

The only reason we are selling the car is because we got a company car which is the new 2014 Mazda 6

Our Mazda 6 has been a pleasure to own and drive, really nice power delivery and handling, especially since it's a front wheel drive vehicle. The design and user friendliness of the controls, lack of issues, the wealth of options and features are additional reasons for which we appreciated our Mazda. Waiting for the diesel in the fall and I see no reason why we shouldn't get the 2014 Mazda 6. A great car and a great experience.

Really no problems since buying new in 2007. Had to replace battery a few months ago,other than oil changes have not done anything else.

Hard to find wagons in Canada anymore... Was driving a focus wagon but decided to step up to the big 6. Bought used and I have no regrets aside from fuel economy. Part of the economy issue is down to the fact that I love hammering on it now and again. (not so much fun in the focus)The car is an all around performer. Stylish, quick and has the load space I was looking for , I'm not a fan of SUVs. Smokestone is the colour and teh gfx package adds blacked out lights surrounds, tinted windows etc...

1 Year of ownership and I have replaced brakes and an egr sensor/valve. Family has space and Daddy has pace!

I love this car. In 6 years, never had an issue, and it should last me for years to come! Very fuel efficient, handles well and very responsive.

When and if it bites the dust, I will be getting another Mazda 6 for sure!

I have owned this car for 5 years with 90K and have only had to put on rear brakes!! The car rides smooth and really enjoy driving it. Before this car I changed my cars every 1 to 3 years as I get bored of cars easily, but there is something about this car that just makes it enjoyable to drive. The fuel economy isn't the best, but I guess it is average for the size of the car. Also, an extra 50hp would be great!

I bought my 2007 black Mazda6 used at a dealership with 17,700 miles on it for $14,000 plus my beat up 2001 Honda Civic trade-in. I have been driving it for one week. I believe it is a great trade up and a great value!
I love the power it has when I accelerate onto the freeway. The dash and interior of the car look and feel very luxurious. I really like being able to switch into manual shift mode, although I don't know how often I will use it.
My coworkers keep commenting on how it looks as luxurious as a Mercedes. I just love it!
I am also able to parallel park into the same parking spot that I did with my Honda Civic, so the size and maneuverability are up to par.
The remote key has lock, unlock, alarm, and trunk release on it (I've always wanted that!).
The only con I've seen so far is that the glove compartment is smaller than my Civic's was.
