Lincoln MKX 2013Change

A wonderful experience , drives very well , always feel very secured in toughest of winter weather or slippery road conditions,never had any issues as always very stable .MY wife & kids feel the same way and are sad to let it go . Loaded with all what we could wish for with remote start to heated OR cooled seats , navigation system, blue tooth,exceptional sound system, CD player & radio plus a beautiful leather package and wood trims.

The Bad:
This car can not remember my seat setting and the process to record the seeting is very complex - have to use the key fab. Nonetheless, after my wife drives the car once the seating only work half of the time. They have no answer for that.

The really Bad:
The sound system is really bad and two less speakers than the Edge. They replaced my sub-woofer and it still sounds terrible. If you like to drive with music on - you will hate this vehicle.
The Sync system is very fakely - the Nav is so terrible, I don't have words to describe it. The Nav via voice commands wants the full address and usually picks something 2000 miles away. Only way to make it work is to tell it to change city and then you can give one command at a time.
Sync often freezes and reboots and is very slow.

the so-so
For 305 horsepower it doesn't really have a lot of pick up but not terrible and the moon roof takes forever and makes you hold on to the button.

Rest of the car is good

It's been just 2 months but so far so good for my first venture into the domestic luxury vehicle market. Though the MyTouch needs improvement relative to navigation, I'm learning how to work it satisfactorily.Comfort level is the tops. Fuel economy is good considering the engine size & HP. Feels good in the snow with AWD The car does turn heads and time will tell how the overall vehicle is. Considering that when I went into the dealership, Lincoln was nowhere on my radar Ford should try to psychoanalyze me to find out how they can exploit my experience and sell more of these!!

It was a thrill to drive this CUV. Love the features in the fully loaded car. Favourite feature is the ambient lighting. Handles well and effortless. Power everything.
