Honda Pilot 2006Change

It is a great car, lots of space(8 passengers), very reliable, you feel safe in it, engine running smoothly.
I love it and all the features has : sunroof, heated and power leather seats and mirrors, A/C and dual climate.

This Honda Pilot has taken our kids to multiple sporting activities and family trips in the Alberta region. Very confortable ride and the most reliable vehicle that we've ever owned.

Awesome reliability. Ended up selling it at 220k. Went to a new ford edge. going back to the Pilot. Great family vehicle. Lots of head room and space for kids to move around. Also great to take a full family plus grandparents comfortably.
Only thing that ended up breaking down other then the normal wear and tear items and oil changes, was the ac line after we hit 200000kms. If you are planning on buying this vehicle, I highly recommend you do.

I have really enjoyed Pilot for about five years and am selling it because I have decided to get a family van. Honda cars in general are very reliable and Pilot has been my third Honda and I found it to be most strong and versatile. It is very comfortable to drive and very reliable, especially in snowy long winter in Ontario! The only downside to Pilot or any SUV is the fuel efficiency. But if you are looking for the most reliable, comfortable and strong SUV, I highly recommend Pilot!

Purchased a used 2006 Honda Pilot EX, 3.5L, V6, 5-spd, 54,000 miles in 2012. My first Honda EVER after owning GM/Ford products. I researched this model in depth & found great ratings & high resale values. I also queried strangers driving Honda Pilots. None had ANY negative comments & ALL said they'd purchase a Honda again; that convinced me! It's been 8 years & my odometer reads 120000 - runs like the day I bought it. Unlike my prior GMs/Fords, my Honda has never seen the inside of a repair shop - EVER. I maintain my vehicles regularly. My Honda has more than proven it's quality, value, & reliability. It's Honda for me from now till eternity!

Drives exceptional, quiet, and superb traction even in these wintery roads. Very comfortable. I had the pleasure of driving the Honda pilot in various conditions and i have to say that it exceeded my expectations by far. Not to mention that it has enough cargo room for just about anything you can think of throwing in it.

Easy to drive with 8 people capacity. The best shape ever in Honda Pilot Series. Great fuel economy and reliability.

This Pilot has been awesome for our family. I am the original owner. It carried 3 car seats and extra seating in the back to take extra passengers with comfort. Long trips were quiet with the Entertainment system. Leather seats made it easy to keep clean. There was no question of whether or not to pack extra stuff, because there is SO much room. We could just Take-and-go. in the winter I have had the safety feature of 4WD to ensure safety for my family. I have only serviced it at Honda, which gave me a peace of mind about safety for my family. It was just serviced again on May 9th. I have kept all records, so you know exactly what has been done.

We purchased our 2006 used, through a dealer. We had a new baby on the way and a toddler already, and figured the extra space would be useful. Well, what we didn't really figure out until later was that, with two car seats fastened into the second row, there's no way to get to the third row...ie you can't pop up the second row seat to get into the third row.
But that being said, we still liked the spaciousness, the room in the cargo area with the third row folded down, ease of entry, etc.
There is ALOT of cabin noise...this is NOT a quiet ride. I'm not sure if that issue has been addressed in newer models or not.
Fuel economy isn't great, but isn't terrible...we get about 22 mpg.

It's very spacious and comfortable. There's plenty of leg room in the back. Love how the back seats can be stored in to create more space for storage. The car is very durable. We got into a car accident a few years back where we were sandwiched inbetween two cars and we made it out safely.

This has been an excellent vehicle. Only regular service was ever required to keep this vehicle running like a top! It is very comfortable and that' great for long rides. Rear seat is roomy but third row is somewhat tight. Although the exterior styling is rather boxy, it makes for lots of cargo space inside.

I've had the pilot for 3 years now and have had no problem with it. drove down to Myrtle beach, seats were great, lots of room, decent gas mileage.
would buy another in a heart beat.
